After talking to the police they said it was a basic he said/she said. My mom kept sending them home. Angela did good care, but the wrong medicine was given. She has Lewy Body Demntia Frontal lobe and at the stage of hallucinating, she might not live more than a month - but no one can be sure. She is on another medicine and my brother was skeptical of Maggies and the medicine situation. He is glad we switched. Kaitlyn said I was not cooperating with her. I was at the md for a back issue. She threatened to cut off services beause I was advocating for the health care that was needed and attempting to ask questions. it was a 3 minute call. 6 calendar days later Adult Protective Services was at the house of the lady I take care of Which has never happened before. it was a retaliation for my advocating for my Senior neighbor Whom I have cared for for a long time now and she was just released from Hospice and put with this agency. All is well because it was a false report however I want to make a PSA to consider other options before using this one. They have 1 star for a reason. The doctor has a new facility that will be taking over. You cannot trust people that lie and do these types of nasty moves.

It has been so hard to get any updates or the appropriate care from the facility. Hospice was recently recommended and Angel Care reached out. They have been so caring, communicative, and have really advocated for her care. I've heard from them more in the last week than I have from the facility in the last 6 months. They really care about their patients and I have great peace of mind knowing they are overseeing her care to make sure she is comfortable and coping well.

My dad has had to go through a tremendous amount lately: losing his caregivers, losing his home, and on top of that, being relocated. First, the owners of Servants Heart called me personally to interview me about my father, wanting to know about his condition, sensitivities around travel, and issues related to his health and feelings that might affect his transportation experience. By the tone of their voice and attentive carriage of character, I could tell that they cared about my father beyond a business stance and immediately I felt they cared about me. After our interview, I was told that if I had any questions or concerns I could call them personally, and they shared that number with me. When it came time for the actual travel, the drivers were so positive and thorough and turned out to be family members! Absolute care and sensitivity were taken in setting up the van for my father, bringing him down the stairs, packing his things, and making sure he had everything he needed. As the very concerned daughter, I am sure I was asking too many questions and acting like a daughter hen, but I received nothing but reassurance and respect from these wonderful people. As my father's health is fragile at 89, they also made sure to attend to his physical needs like putting an alternating foam mattress on the stretcher to ensure safety of my fathers skin, attending to his warmth and comfort during loading, and toiletry needs during transportation. During the trip, I received regular updates on how he was doing with estimated arrival time. When my father arrived to his new destination, it was reported that transportation delivery went without a hitch. I am SO glad that we utilized this family business for my father's transition to his new life. It was just the right thing to do. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for the safety and security of your loved one. It is absolutely worth it in every way possible. THANK YOU SERVANTS HEART!
