We sat at the bar and were taken care of by Amanda and Adam, whose service was absolutely exceptional -- professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly. We've been to Craft a few times now. Our first visit under the new management didn't quite live up to our expectations, but this second visit was an entirely different story. The food, service, and overall experience were all exceptional -- you can really feel the team hitting their stride. We started with the Prime Fillet Carpaccio and the CHEZ Willis Calamari, and both were fantastic. Perfectly fresh, balanced, and not over-seasoned -- just clean, well-executed flavors that let the quality of the ingredients shine. The atmosphere strikes that ideal fine dining tone without feeling stuffy -- the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy a great meal, and appreciate true craftsmanship in both the kitchen and behind the bar. The dining area was clean and nicely maintained. Overall, we'd definitely come back, now knowing which items suit our taste best.
