You get a prepaid card, anything from 5 euros up to 50 (may go higher, but I didn't ask), or you can leave your credit card with the staff upfront and pay at the end. They have several wine 'vending machines' that you stick the card into and get to try out the wine in various amounts. You can have a sample, half glass, or full glass. The screens will tell you how much each sample will cost. Each 'Vending Machine' is sorted into categories like bubbles, whites, reds, dessert wine, etc. It's a great way to try different wines in various regions! If you like the wine you try, you can buy the bottle to take home.They have big leather couches and chairs to hang out, sip, and relax. Ever try a $100+ bottle of wine? Now is your chance :)

She took our drink orders and dropped off a breadstick-like appetizer of baked, thin, crispy, yummy pizza or pasta dough scraps and we started to check out the menu. We could not narrow down our appetizer selection so we ordered three. A delicious assortment of goodies soon hit the table. We had some parma and melon, bruschetta, and fried pasta cuddles with stracchino cheese and raw ham. That last one I had never had before and boy was it good! In fact, they were all excellent. For mains we had pizza, paccheri with bacon and ricotta, and potato gnocchi with fresh tomato and basil. They were all very delicious. The paccheri with bacon and ricotta was another new dish for me. It was sort of like Pasta alla Gricia except with ricotta instead of pecorino. It was different, not better or worse, just different. And yes, I would order it again. The owner stopped by the table to say hi and check in to make sure things were going well. That's always a nice touch. All in all, an excellent experience and one I would recommend.

Great EVOO, but the vinegar was awful...a red wine vinegar vs a balsamic. Overall, great location, food was okay, but attitude/service was poor...wouldn't go again.

We were seated on the upstairs patio. You have a nice, open air, view of the central square. Service was quick and courteous. The wine list is extensive and reasonably priced (not a surprise in Italy). We ordered starters, main courses and deserts. All of the dishes were nicely prepared. I particularly enjoyed the lamb for a main course. It was perfect. Although way too full we squeezed in deserts as well. Reservations are recommended.
