Purchase the ultra package with wheel cleaning. The car wash was excellent but the wipe down leaves much to desire. The workers wiped down my windshield with the same rag as they used for wiping the sides and hood down. My windows looked like someone cleaned them with a chocolate bar. They missed numerous areas. If it isn't flat don't expect a good job. They wiped down the rims, but only the upper surface. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE TIRE PACKAGE. Pic is how they left the front of my car. read more

Been going here for 10+ years for a reliable drive-thru car wash and vacuum clean. We also have had two complete car-detailings done here. What I like about this business is the friendly and knowledgeable staff and service, and quality. Cory and Mark were helpful and efficient. The woman at the desk is friendly and quick to come to the service window and answer my questions. I sincerely appreciate the positive customer service. For what you pay, you get a good service. It's not super expensive, nor is it cheap, it's priced right. The cleans have been consistently reliable and of good quality. I keep coming back because they're reliable, consistently good, and I am happy with the final result. Our cars aren't fancy, just a minivan and a sedan, but I like them to be clean and get the minivan detailed once a year, inside and out plus the engine cleaned for only about $340 -ish with taxes when all is said and done. Took my car in to get washed paid for the most expensive car wash with the tire cleaning so that they can wipe my car down. 4-5 guys came to wipe down my car did it in about 2 to 3 minutes. Didn't open the doors to get all the dirt in between etc. Then when I went to look at the car underneath under the doors there's still dirt spots. I called Cory the manager to let him know that the service there could be better especially if we're paying for it and he has the staff to do it. He got very defensive with me and wanted me to bring my car in to be seen by himself and his team when I was already home. I asked him if he has gotten other complaints about the service there and he said no but looking at the reviews it looks like there are people that aren't happy with the service here as well. I am a professional and I feel that customer service is always key to a successful business. When you call and complain to a manager you should not get a defensive reply you should get an apologetic reply and what can I do to fix this. All I really wanted him to do was believe me and address his staff. But he thought I was lying which also doesn't make somebody want to go back to support a business like this. read more

I went there for the first time, car wash and cleaning inside cost me $28.28 and I was pleasantly pleased with the workers and the quality of their workmanship. I took my car to McKinley Car Wash on Thursday just 3 days before and I will say Windward Auto Spa out did McKinley Car Wash in the quality of their workmanship 100% better. If you own a sedan you know the automatic car wash never gets this spot clean. 2 strikes. I went today for the second time hoping for a good car wash. $17 later for 'the works' and yellow spots were still there. I asked them to run it thru the washer again - they claimed they didnt see them, tried to ignore me, etc. Finally, $21 dollars later for services, and $6 for 2 round of tips, I went home and cleaned the spots myself. My car has little surface dirt, so overall, NOT worth it. read more

***Pre COVID-19 Visit*** Really fast service, but fast service doesn't necessarily mean good service. This is the most confusing car wash I've ever been to. You drive through the machine, pull up to a small parking lot, wait until you are called to have your car worked on. The workers weren't friendly, went too fast, car wasn't fully vacuumed, spots were still everywhere and it's pretty much a half job done to my vehicle. One of my favorite car washes on Oahu. The 10 washes for $100 is a deal. I like to add on the tires and wipe down for the extra $4. I like that I can get in and out quickly and the convenience whenever I'm in Kaneohe. read more

Took my CRV in for detailing and it came back fantastic. The fallout was removed the the white paint and chrome, paint feels silky smooth, and water spots on the windows were gone as well. The pricing structure is fair and easy to understand; highly recommend them for your car too. read more

The prices are great! A good car wash and it comes with a wipe down. I am able to vacuum my own car afterwards. I come every other week since moving here back in April. I like my car spotless especially with having 2 young ones, it has to be maintained lol Service is usually always great. I had gone to the beach with the family and absolutely needed a vacuum I'm very OCD. I guess I was taking too long cause there was a worker that kept staring at me and giving me dirty looks, felt like he was tryna get me to hurry up but there wasn't a line for it, I thought it would be okay if I took a little extra time. He didn't say anything to me either but it made me feel uncomfortable like I was doing something extremely wrong. Driving out I asked the boy with a hat and pointed out the one giving me dirty looks what his name was, he said Mark. If I was taking too long I would appreciate if one of them would tell me something instead of just staring at me, I'm no mind reader my wife can tell you. I was just trying to get all that sand out of my car so the inside could look as great as the outside. Good thing my wife was home with the kids cause she would have probably made an issue about it. I didn't want to do that. I am still gonna keep coming but will be more mindful and hopefully there isn't any more encounters or situations that come up. read more

Took my car yesterday. Not the best experience. The person upfront was cocky and rude when all I did was ask about the services and prices. It was a tall white boy, think he had a beard. Idk if its cause they were busy or what but I didnt feel welcomed at all. I felt rushed. Only good thing that came out of it, car wash comes with a wipe down. I came from Waimanalo to get this car wash. Its very disappointing cause the person upfront left a "bad taste in my mouth" so to speak. Horrible service. I called to speak to Manager Cory about one of his workers being rude and inconsiderate. This boy cut me off when I was asking him a question about vacuuming. Manager said he'd speak him to didn't wanna single him out. I come 2-3 weeks after again with my hubs and same thing rude as hell. I asked one of the other boys what his name. That kind service shouldn't be given to customers, he act like he no like his job. He stay on his phone, vaping when he doing my car on top of being rude when I ask for one time frame. The gentlemen of WASpa were especially careful this Monday morning to clean and sanitize my car, and all worked hard (from "Stone" up front, to "Salvatore" in the Vacuum area.). I arrived with a box of malasadas for everyone and shared the pastry prior to the wash, and stood by as they meticulously brushed and cleaned the white dog hairs off of my chariot. Stone was pleasant and efficient quickly starting the drive thru wash, and carefully brushing all the wheels on my car. (even though I have no hubcaps). Windward is one of our largest employers in Kaneohe (8 folks worked on my vehicle, and the entire process took under 20 minutes. It was well worth the cost of the pastry. read more

This place robs ya! I've never been treated so badly by staff anywhere like this place. I asked to use their vacuums for a quick second because my daughter had spilled some crumbs in the back of my car as I was driving to the car wash. I had just vacuumed my car the day before at home. So there was no need to pay for full vacuum service. This place made me pay $12 to use vacuum for less than 30sec of use. This place can care less if it loses your business. I highly recommend not going here. The staff is very rude. The manager is not helpful at all. Hopefully in the near future someone else will open up a car wash and make these people go out of business. Because we definitely need better options. read more

Worst car wash experience I've had. The staff scratched the hood of my car and claimed they only scratched it because the hood had oxidation. My car didn't have oxidation before the scratches so they tried to claim it was a Chevy defect in the paint. 4 months after trying to get them to help fix the issues the admit they scratched it but refuse to fix it. Recommend all avoid using this car wash. read more

Okay so outside of car was cool not perfect but good happy with that. I paid for interior package and what a rip off. They dont clean your doors or cup holders or center console. They vacum well and wipe the dash and thats it. Supposed to wipe seats but rear seats still had light muddy paw prints. I paid about 33 bucks with tip total. Interior package was like 14 bucks or so not worth it in my opinion if they aint gonna wipe all surfaces. I would go back here for exterior only read more

Their service is not integrated with the wash; I had to pay separate for the vacuum. I had a tire replaced that was less than a year old and it had an 'unusual' blow out but not covered under any form of warranty. I bought a new tire to match the other three and went thru the wash to get vacuumed afterwards. There was a 40 minute wait to get vacuumed so I thought I'd use time wisely and get my completely empty tank filled. I get reprimanded for leaving the site when I come back saying, 'How do we know you just got the wash?' First, they gave me a sticker to show my place in line; and, second - why is that my problem..? Fix your antiquated way of processing vehicles through and let people know they cannot leave the site. Work on your customer service and MAYBE I'll come back. read more

I don't normally write reviews for businesses unless I'm impressed or disappointed. And rarely do I give low ratings. First off, the employees there are friendly and nice--I'll give them that. The quality of work, on the other hand, is poor. The cars were piling up, but that's no reason to compromise quality especially when the cost of services remain the same. I knew going in there would be a wait and I'm fine with waiting if it means I'll get quality service. I got the Works and Vacuum Packages and a Tire Scrub. When I got home I inspected my vehicle. There was a small nick in the leather--probably one of the vacuum attachments had a rough end and it cut into the leather?--there was a pen, Sharpie-type mark on the side of driver's seat, muddy footprints on the vinyl thresholds, small debris on and underneath floormats, smudges and waterspots on the roof, hood, windows, and side panels, and my tires looked untouched as if they were not scrubbed at all. Also, the workers used the same rags they used to dry tire rims on the body of the vehicle. As professionals, they should know that the the brake dust on the rims can leave micro scratches in the paint, so different rags should be used for each task. I know it's not a detailing establishment but they should still handle cars and trucks with care. Needless to say, I wiped down everything again and picked up what the vacuum didn't. read more

I have always supported Windward Auto Spa. I purchased a couple of Hondas from Honda Windward. I drive from town to Kaneohe to support Honda Windward by getting my cars serviced. This includes a free car wash from WAS. I always make sure to UPGRADE the free to include the VACUUM package and I give a TIP to da boyz for their hard-physical-work.... Yesterday, I was told a 40min wait for the Vacuum package. I said "No problem" I wiped down my own Honda Pilot instead of waiting because I didn't want water spots. I finished my wiped down and I observed a "worker or friend" moving his car in front of mind to wipe down. The workers called me up with a dry car and started the vacuum and wipe down. Unfortunately, the team figured out to just vacuum and not wipe (double-check) the exterior and not wipe the interior. They only vacuumed the inside which was poorly done. I didn't leave a tip because of service and I'm leaving this review. To bad the boys don't know or understand customer service. read more

You pay for "the works" but not only do they not even take more than 10 seconds doing your wheels, but they rub your wheels first and then rub that same brake dust all over the body of your vehicle. What I like about Windward Auto Spa is the options they offer. The first time I used their services I just needed a quick wash which was a very reasonable price, the only issue I had was the air dryer. It didn't seem to blow off the majority of water so I drove away with a semi wet car. The second time, I thought I'd add on the Vacuum package for $10 more. This was worth the 20 minute wait. The men working on my car, hand dried off the remaining wet spots, wiped the inside, sprayed and cleaned the wheels, and thoroughly vacuumed the carpet/interior. Overall, they did a great job which warrants 5 stars but because the air dryer was ineffective I am giving the service 4 stars instead. I will definitely use this service again. ***FYI - tips are greatly appreciated, please don't forget to tip the workers, there is a tip box on the side if you don't want to hand it to them directly. I drove away and then remembered that I had the tip in my pocket, so I drove back. They were very grateful. read more

Had to pay another $12 fee to get it vacuumed and there was still dirt and sand. Competition must be so light that they think they can provide poor service. This has got to be the worst car wash ever. Don't waste your money. I usually go to McKinley car wash, but just didn't have time yesterday, so went to Windward Auto Spa. The wait was rather long. I drive a RAV4 and paid for the Works which was about $17 and change and should have provided a wash and wax. I asked the person working there if it would do a decent job on the rims and he said he was go over them by hand and I trusted that he knew what he was doing. When I got home and took a look at the job, I was appalled. The entire car was covered in water spots and the rims had not been cleaned at all. The back of my car had barely been cleaned. This review is for the service department: I've used this auto shop a handful of times in the past. They're reasonably priced, efficient, and they get the job done right! I just had a safety inspection done with them and it took less than 30 minutes. The lot is pretty small and the office is cramped, but I've never had to spend more than 5 minutes waiting for someone to assist me. I Come to windward mall weekly and just discovered this car wash on Kahuhipa st. There are three different was types of washes that start at approximately $13 and go up to $17. Vacuum and hand dry are additional charges. I came about 4:30pm and had three cards in front of me. The line moved very fast. I got the ultra plus a vacuum. They vacuumed and wipe the interior. I should have no excuses for a dirty car as I'm in the area at least once a week! read more
