Although having a neighbor or a friend check in for me while I'm away is always helpful, now I can monitor my home right from my phone no matter where I am without having to inconvenience anybody--I love this!! I'm so glad I went with JTech for a variety of reasons: their up to the minute technology, accessibility, and price point. Jason was very thorough and knowledgeable in his explanation of features, and after comparing his company with other better known companies, I opted for JTech. Several months later I'm still very happy. If you are looking for personalized, excellent security service at a reasonable price, I highly recommend JTech.

My neighbors have an interactive system and are able to control their entire home from their smart phones, I thought that it would be perfect for me but probably out of my budget. I researched my options after comparing multiple quotes from local and national companies and decided to go with JTech Security Systems. I was able to get next day appointment for an estimate. The owner of the company showed up. His name is Jason, He was very , personable and knowledgeable. What I enjoyed about him the most is that he wasn't a pushy salesman, I didnt feel pressured or obligated as the other companies made me feel to sign up same day. We discussed what my security concerns and goals were, Jason took his time and did a thorough walk through explaining potential security vulnerabilities that I overlooked, more importantly advised me on the lack of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in my home. He also pointed out that my existing security system is hooked up to the telephone line which in the event of a burglary can be cut. New technology runs on cellular networks. I never knew home security was can be so in depth. Jason opened my eyes to all these potential threats. Out of all the security companies that showed up for estimates, Jason was the only one who came with a demo. It was great to be able to see and touch the products before I made a purchase. After careful consideration, I decided that Jtech was a good fit for my family and home. I upgraded my existing system for a new smart home security system. The main panel is touch screen and visually intuitive. The best part is that I can totally control it from my Iphone or computer, not only does it control my alarm but it is also connected my cameras, lighting, thermostats, garage doors and front/back door locks in my home . If I forget to turn the thermostat down before I leave the house, it automatically goes down to a set temperature when I arm the system away. Making my home more energy efficient. My favorite part is that I can keep an eye on my baby and pets anytime from work. I can also let people into my home such as the dog walker or contractor...all from my phone. I do not have to give out my alarm codes anymore or make copies of keys which can be duplicated or lost. I am so happy that I got this system. Its not just a security system...it's part of my lifestyle. I am connected to my home and family while I'm away...that is so important for a working mom...to have that peace of mind. I'm so grateful for this technology and to Jason for installing it and patiently teaching me how to use it as I am not so tech savvy. Another great part of my experience is the price, it was so much more affordable than I thought. He was able to work within my budget. I love it and highly recommend JTECH over the bigger corporations because of high level of personal service, great technology and affordability. I am also having Jason install a system at my business location. I've already referred Jtech to my family and friends and they love it too! Once you have a "smart home"...you can't picture how you ever lived with out it! Lena

The whole "We respond/answer to every request/email" bit? Flat out lie. One of the six companies we called didn't even know their own pricing, scheduling, or availability, and told me to call back in a few days after they had some time to research where their containers were currently at and to find a price sheet. Ahhhh, no. None of these places should brag about how great their customer service is on their web pages - total joke. The seventh company I called to get information from, On Time Disposal, was THE ONLY ONE who was ready to do business. Faigy provided easy to understand pricing and was happy to answer our questions. On Time Disposal also offer the longest time to have the containers (two full weeks versus five days) and by far the best price of what we could find out online for the other six companies who suck at customer service. We didn't have to wait weeks to get a dumpster, either. Within a couple of days, a big roll off dumpster was dropped off right where we asked them to put it in our driveway. We kept it for three weeks, and called for pickup when it was full. No fuss or stress involved. Upon pickup, absolutely no mess was left by On Time Disposal (no bits fell out when bin was loaded or driven away) when they picked up the dumpster. We definitely can't say the same for the company who picks up our weekly trash! No damage was done to our driveway or yard by either their truck or the container. On Time Disposal Inc is a great company and easy to work with. Couldn't ask for more or better.

I originally called and left a voicemail to set up an appointment for an estimate to get some work done to my siding and attic. Originally, they were very responsive (hence 2 stars instead of 1 star). When I left work and checked my phone, I had multiple missed calls and text messages from them. I texted back the next morning. This is where it became like pulling teeth to make an appointment. No arranging an appointment. They simply said they'd "stop by" the next day. Unfortunately, I have a job so I can't sit home all day. I went to work, came home, and checked my cameras -- They never showed up. I called and left more voicemails. I even tried messaging them thru Yelp. Around 2 weeks later, they texted and said they'd "stop by" tomorrow and look at the job. I sat home waiting. Once again, nobody came. I tried calling. No answer. I got tired of begging. I hired someone else who appreciated the business. If they can't even show up as promised (twice) to give an estimate, I'd hate to see how often they forget to show up after they start a job.
