I know the exact date and time of the incident, and I reported it to the police. However, even though the police report exists, the apartment office keeps saying they cannot show me the security footage without a warrant or subpoena. When I raised my safety concerns and requested to terminate my lease due to feeling unsafe, they said I would have to pay a termination fee. Even though this incident happened within the complex, they responded, "This kind of thing can happen anywhere, and there's nothing we can do about it." Basically, no matter what happens here, they won't help residents. Once my lease is up, I am definitely moving out.

I've been complaining to management the whole time with no resolve, it only made retaliation worse! Sleep? Forget about it! Quiet hours? Don't exist and to make things worse the courtesy officer isn't allowed to do anything about noise complaints. Property management is negligent and unconcerned. By far thee worse place I've ever lived. I'm a military veteran and this place has triggered me. I will be terminating my lease. If you move here, get the top floor, maybe your experience will be different. Rent amount and peace aren't equivalent. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

They have an attitude with everything. They recently put a $50 charge on my account for not having renters insurance (I've had the policy active and paid with USAA since moving in). I've now called five times to get them to remove this charge so I can pay this month's rent. The online portal will not allow you to pay a custom amount. Now the charge is off, but with a $130 late charge. The package situation is dumb. I have a wedding coming up, so clearly expensive and important packages will be coming to me. The front office accepts the packages from the carrier, puts them in the back of the office and when you try to get them from the front office staff, they can't find them. I have literally visited the office six times to receive two packages. They also will not allow you back there to look yourself. They never answer the phone. This is annoying, because when you walk down to the office there is usually someone sitting in the office to greet you. Even if you have a tour of a future resident, have one staff member stay in the office to answer the phones. Even if you leave a message I never get a call back. I have called on at least five occasions and received one call back. There was even a time when a resident near me had packages outside their door piling up over a couple weeks. A neighbor stopped me in the hall and we were both concerned. The resident clearly lived alone and we were concerned if the person might not be alright inside. I go down to the office to speak to the staff who visibly looked annoyed I was bothering her. She told me the resident would retrieve the packages eventually and not to worry about it. I said, "Can you please do a wellness check to make sure the person is not dead inside?" She again acted annoyed. I threw my hands up and left. The amenities are consistently broken and under repair. For a complex that talks of luxury, this is far from it. Live somewhere else.

We pay for utilities in common areas on top of amenity and maintenance fees and they refuse to provide copies of utility bills/resident numbers to confirm accuracy. I repeat: we pay for and are refused proof of delivery of a service. Don't get much delivery on anything-get in late at night and key fob's not working? Hope it's not winter. Need something fixed? Hah. Amenities promised don't exist. No package room that delivery people can access. No coffee bar. No cyber Lounge. I've attached photos of these advertised on the website, date-stamped for today. Gym is not maintained. I've had 10% of my packages stolen, one of which was an $800 non-refundable item. There was a delivery photo but management said WC's camera wasn't working when it was stolen. There are no working cameras anywhere but the lobby to protect Windsor's interests. We pay for that. We also pay for gated parking and they just leave the gates open now because they never work. The halls are FILTHY. There's constantly dog poop and pee and loose trash everywhere. Once there was huge ball of human hair outside my door for an entire week. Another time there was gallon sized ziploc with orange grease inside it. I didn't pick either of these up until I had to because I had guests coming over. I wanted to see how many times trash valet would walk by and do nothing. There is currently a large piece of broken porcelain on the staircase of building one that's been there for over a week. The fire alarm goes off incessantly because people are constantly smoking. We get ceaseless emails about that, the dogs, and not driving out of the Franklin exit. They'd rather auto-spam their residents on a daily basis than put up a simple one-way barrier gate. It would be pennies to a huge company like Windsor. It'd cost less than a month of rent for one of the studios in this complex alone. These daily emails are tantamount to harassment. If an individual contacted me that frequently unsolicitedly and I couldn't block them- we can't b/c important communications come from the same email- I'd get a cyberstalking restraining order. Run away.

Right before my move out Sonia took the time to help me locate a package that was placed in the wrong locker- they go above and beyond to answer emails back promptly- always warm, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I lived on 6th floor, very quiet with respectable neighbors who were considerate and never had any issues with noise or whatnot. The halls are kept clean I have never once seen any pests in my apartment nor in the hallways and common areas. Upgrades are continuously done to maintain the beauty of the property and at minimal inconvenience to residents. The property is beautifully maintained and leasing is very responsive with communication. I always felt safe coming home since I work so much and only at night and never felt like my community had questionable residents around doing anything shady. They organized a lot of community events and food trucks for residents to socialize which was nice even though I didn't make it to many. Amenities stayed clean and well maintained. My six-month experience living in the Linc has been a nightmare. I've tried reaching out to the…read moremanagement company multiple times, but nobody answers the phone or responds to my emails. The apartment has forced me to pay a termination fee, even though it's not my fault that I need to break the lease. The constant noise from my neighbors has been overwhelming. Loud music plays at 1:00 AM, heavy items drop on the floor around 3:00 AM, and there are persistent banging sounds and kids running around at all hours. It's impossible to get a good night's sleep on weekdays or even relax at home on weekends. I have reported this issue to the leasing office many times, but the problem persists. I called the courtesy officer as instructed, but no one responded. I've tried using silicone earplugs, which have already hurt my ears, and I've had to take several 10 mg melatonin tablets after being woken up by my upstairs neighbor. I've even paid extra to stay in hotels and Airbnb accommodations because of this situation. Additionally, there are plumbing and pipe issues in the unit. The leasing office sent a vendor who entered our home without notice, disrupted our belongings, and caused us additional utility costs for cleanup. I had to call the police to determine if this was considered theft. The same thing happened again last week when I entered the apartment to pick up my laundry and found a man in my bathroom. It scared me because there was no sign indicating he was a maintenance person; he wasn't wearing a uniform or carrying tools--just a regular T-shirt.. Furthermore, when I found a pregnant roach in my bathroom, I saw no evidence that pest control had been sent to our unit. Now we have to pay extra to move and leave early. The leasing manager initially assured us that we would have peace during our last 60 days, yet the courtesy officers did not respond, we're unable to sleep due to the loud noise from the unit above, and we've had to pay for a new place early just to escape these conditions. I ended up right back where I started and moved up to the top floor and I LOVE IT!! Dwayne is amazing and came into the new apartment to adjust a couple of things and make sure everything was perfect for my move in. He is just absolutely the best. They all are great here. The office employees are super sweet and very helpful. The amenities are amazing, the location is unbeatable for walking to everything and in beautiful neighborhoods. The apartment is super secure. They just replaced all of the heat/cooling on 100% of the apartments and put a brand new roof on too. I am looking forward to seeing the hallways get repainted. The hallway carpet is just beautiful and the elevators are very classy. The vinyl wood flooring in my apartment is gorgeous. I just love it here and glad I am staying!!!!
