Wow. I cannot explain why my experience with Jennifer was not good. I arrived around 2pm to (hopefully) view the property, and to ask a few questions. She did not smile, was abrupt with her answers and just directed me to fill out the application! Had to beg for permission to take a quick drive through. Guess I caught her on a bad day. Staying at this RV park has been a great experience. Jennifer and her management crew are top notch. Bathrooms are cleaned everyday. landscaping is done consistently. Laundry machines work, and are much cheaper than local coin laundries. Safe and quiet environment whether your stay is short or monthly. Also a 5 min walk to downtown Windsor, quaint little town that will meet all of your needs. 11/10 read more

Have lived here for a few years now. Even with positive changes by new current manager the problem isn't the management but is actually some of the residents that have been here for over 2 years. This lady cares about this place and it is shown with herself and her team. Everyday they are here constantly keeping up with something. Over the last 6 months it's like a new park. I've been up at office while walking my dog and watched and over heard how things are handled and she is knowledgeable and on top of things. I've also read some of the past comments I can tell you none of that is going on now or would be allowed. There has never been a manager here so involved and hands on. Excellent manager in fact one of the best they ever had. The park looks great and thank you for finally hiring a good manager! read more

Also, a Close friend who still braves the zombies that crawl around this place moved his trailer to a repair shop while still maintaining his monthly dues recently went to check on his space since his trailer will be back soon and found another trailer in the space he has had for several years. And he flagged it off while his trailer was at the shop. Management says, first come first serve. WTF. Maybe in the backwoods ass place you come from. What a total joke. We did not read the reviews before staying mainly because we have a 42 foot and it's difficult to find resorts that can handle. We were disappointed to see spots so close -talk about reach out and touch someone, this is the place to do that. They are ridiculously close. The bathrooms really needed assistance. Women's-No mirrors anywhere, no soap dispenser and no dryer or paper towels. In the shower stalls there are no hooks or shelf to place your towel or clothing while showering. The shows stalls and every corner of the bathroom looked as if all the debris is swept to the corners. There was toilet paper all over the floor on one of the stalls. Men's- the toilet seats were not attached to the toilet. No mirrors and my husband said the whole corner of the sink was broken off. The only positive thing I can see is that there were fresh trash bags in the cans. It is unfortunate because in the building process the went out of the way to use quality. There are raised panel doors and the sinks are above average and there is nice tile on the walks. Clearly the owner does not live nearby because as a small business owner I assume they would have more pride in their business. The positives- the location was good for us, the park was very quiet, had a pool and playground and laundry all of which we did not have a chance to use and the staff was very nice and courteous. It's hard to give it more then 2 stars based on the maintenance issues and size of space. If all the maintenance issues were dealt with (which could be done with $200 and a daily sweep) we would have given it a strong 4 or 5 with the only negative being width of each space. read more

We should have known something was amiss when we received a call weeks after booking our reservations (in which we gave the size of our trailer and the number of slides) asking us to switch from full to partial hookup. We were given a small spot, between two trees and hook ups on the opposing side. It's pouring rain, no gravel, just lots if sinking mud for both the trailer and truck. Couldn't even put the slides out fully or the awning. Park is dilapidated, wifi is worse than dial up, buildings and roads are falling apart. Never, never again! read more

We were planning to stay here for 14 days, we ended up staying 3 and asking for a refund so we could go somewhere else. Now if you are looking for a long term park this place may work for you but as a place to stay while you are traveling, this is not the place to go. We asked if they had full hookups when we booked, when we got there they had NO TV at all !! and the Wifi only worked some of the time and even then it was slow. There was traffic in the park all the time and no speed control. If you are ok with no TV stay on the freeway and go to the Santa Rosa Fairground RV park better price and nicer park. The Windsor park is basically a gravel lot with connection points. Most of the back is long term sites and most of the side is storage. I did give them a 2 instead of a 1 because the staff were always friendly when we can in to complain. read more

I picked this park because of location. It is conveniently located close to the 101 Freeway. The RV park is old and in-need of updating. During my stay they were experiencing water-main problems. Several sites were under repairs with large holes in the grounds and pipes being replaced. My site was one of them. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when I needed assistance checking in after hours! I only RV'ed here one night during my travels to Northern California... But I will say that the park was clean and very quiet during my stay. (Very affordable /Good Sam's Club accepted) read more

Not a bad park. We stayed here for a week for my husbands job. Quiet and clean. There were a few spots with" permanent" residents that could use sprucing up. Staff was helpful and could be reached easily. Pool was nice and restrooms were decent. read more

We pulled in without a reservation but got a site way in the back. This appears to be mostly permanent residents. There were so many vehicles parked in the area there was no way we could get into the site. We had already paid for the site so we went back to explain the situation. The young woman said she would refund the charge on our credit card but could not do it right then. Three phone calls and three days later no refund. There website says they open at 0830 but no answer after 0900 and their voice mail is full. We drove over to Calistoga and spent the night. No way I would ever stay there. read more

The review that said "run, don't walk" away from this park is right on! First, they only had 50 amp plug sites available so had to buy an 50/30 amp adapter to get power...They have no cable TV hook ups at all either so "full hook ups" is not the correct description-- and when I went to the office to ask about it I was told quite rudely by the Manager, "We have wifi, no cable". I complained that along with the adapter, the pet fee and lack of cable that I would rather have stayed somewhere else the manager said she thought that would be a good idea! If "older style" means toilets that come with instructions to get them to flush without clogging and showers that are missing lots of tile and have water saver heads with very little pressure (that the toilets more than compensate for in multiple flushes) then yes---it is older style. What little asphalt is left on the roads has more potholes than smooth spots and the full time residents do little to make the park appealing.
