I was very happy with the way that my youngest brother and I were treated during out fitting. When we picked up our tuxes, the arms of my dad's tux were embarassingly short, one of the tuxes didn't come in and they told us they "hoped" it would come in by the day of the wedding (Luckily it did and we were able to find a way to get to their store before the wedding started). Every pair of shoes was too small and the tie clasp for one of the ties was missing, forcing us to frantically search for a safety pin to hold it together. When asked if we could have an extension on one of the tux's return, they said they were going to charge us an additional $25.00. Upon sending an email to the address listed on their website, I was given a prompt response letting me know that the late fee would be waived due to the inconveniences we had. I'm happy that they made an effort to make up for the problems. Make sure you check your tuxes out thoroughly if you rent from them. Although we had problems, their effort to make things right was appreciated and helped to offset the extra costs and stress incurred in our experience.

I had some medical issues that made me gain weight so I couldn't fit into the sample dress. I talked my Mom into trying it on so I could see it on a person. She looked gorgeous in it. Caitlyn and Gail were so patient as we worked through the sizing issues and pick out a veil. They were so accommodating to my schedule when I came into town. We special ordered beading for my Sophia Tolle dress and it worked out perfectly. Kay, the seamstress was great as well. She took in the bodice, resewed the hem and added the extra beading. My dress drapes so it wasn't as easy as just sewing the hem. She had to dismantle my dress draping, sew it and then retact it. We added the extra beading to the rear bottom area and to the front bodice area. My mom found her dress in the suburbs but it wasn't realistic to go there for fittings when I was coming to Rockford for mine. Caitlyn ordered her dress as well. Kay also did her alterations. The day I found my dress, my grandma was also with me. She fell in love with a dress however it was out of her budget so she walked away. From April 2016-November she was still talking about the dress. Mom and I knew she needed it. So with the help of Gail and Caitlyn, we purchased it with their 12 Days of Christmas sale and surprised my grandma for Christmas. She looked absolutely gorgeous in her dress. Like my Mom and I, Kay also altered this dress. If I need a special occasion dress, I will be back.

After picking out my favorite color that I got from David's for the vest I was surprised to find they have every David's color and more. It pleased me that every outfit was there and was clearly marked with a tag and showed the price with the discount. No looking thru catalogs and asking for prices like other big box stores.
