I already have some of their jewelry and a handbag. And I wear them everyday, all day. I adore my pieces. Love the idea that if anything breaks to said items, not visibly wear/tear damage, they would help me if that does happen to inspect and repair, if possible. Always ask! The items are not cheap but do not feel cheaply made AT ALL. The weight of jewelry and quality of the craftsmanship clearly shows that they're really nice and are beautiful pieces. Not costume jewelry. If you have an idea on what to get your loved one, the ladies will help you go over items and see what will fit the idea you're looking for. They're very knowledgeable and kind. There's never a rush when you're looking through and you can tell they want you to have an effortless shopping experience. But people who are antisocial or don't want to be bothered, just tell them politely and they'll treat you with respect always. From what I've overheard, some customers come in with the ugliest attitudes and treat the working ladies rudely, but never treat them the same in return. These ladies always treat their clients/customers with respect and kindness. I recommend this place when I can because it's an all around great experience and I love their jewelry!

As a tall individual with long arms, finding professional attire that fits correctly off-the-rack is nearly impossible; I usually resort to buying cheap shirts and paying for custom tailoring. Brittany's expertise completely changed that. Her deep knowledge of fit and body types allowed her to find shirts and coats that fit perfectly right then and there. Her ability to assess my frame and provide stylish, accurate suggestions is a level of service I'd expect from a high-end custom tailor or Nordstrom. I wasn't even planning on buying shirts, but I walked out with three because of her skill. Brittany is a remarkable asset to the store. I came in here back on January 28, 2022, it was a slow evening so we were helped quickly, so I never imagined when pickup came in may that I would have an issue. The groomsmen came on back in April to get sized for their tux and everything was fine. The people who sized them really weren't sizing correctly, or going in depth if you will with how they were measuring. Pick up was Wednesday may 18, and I called the day prior on Wednesday and asked if it was ok if we picked up the following (Thursday). I was told yes and if there were any issues they could order whatever is needed to be here the next day (Friday). Perfect! What could go wrong? I guess I should have recognized that meant there would be issues. my husband went in to pick up his tux and the groomsmen's just to run into a major problem. His shirt didn't fit. Like I was assured the day before , I'm thinking we could get a correct size ordered. Wrong. Wrong. Wrong. Apparently it was "prom season" still. So due to it being "prom season", they didn't have a large in black in the length my husband needs. Somehow the day prior when I called... it wasn't prom season. When trying to ask questions I was spoken to very condescending by the employee who was helping my husband at the front. My biggest concern is what happens when a groomsmen tries his on and the black shirt is too small? They offered my husband a shirt in white in his size, or a black shirt so he matches everyone else however it's oversized. Zero real solution rectifying their mistake. Whether it's the wrong size was ordered or he was measured wrong by their own emp Not only is the shirt wrong, the jacket has no cuffs. The jackets I chose had cuffs. I chose style 1210, and what was ordered was 1230. I did not catch this in store because I don't familiarize myself with the item numbers of places as I'm not an employee and don't need to. 4 years later I am still stuck with pictures on my wall of half my wedding party in attire that doesn't fit with the exception of the minister who had his own suit .
