Great price point for reliable service. I have been buying their Father's Day discount packs for 25 years. These days, for 20 bucks I get old-fashioned service both in and out. Where I'm from, that's the price of self service. This kind of full service costs twice that, and usually involves some clean-cut high school kids who don't know how to clean a car. My parents used to live in East Windsor. No more, but I still buy these discount packs to get my car cleaned here every time I drive through Jersey. A crew of guys descends on the car as soon as it comes out, and in 5 minutes the car is wiped down in and out. The wipe down ranges from good to very good, never disappointing. And if something disappoints, you just point and ask them to take care of it, and they gladly oblige. I get what I pay for, and what I like about the discount is it motivates me give a good tip, usually a $5 dollar bill. For 25 years, I haven't found any place between Brooklyn and Annapolis to rival this price point of service, so I keep coming back. read more

I especially like the way they dry/clean the wheels. The price of the car wash for exterior exterior only is very reasonable compared to many other car washes. read more

I can't really tell my car was washed. Incomple.\nTe vacuuming lots of dirt left everywhere.I paid extra for the tires and they still have dirt on the inside of the wheels that's very easily visible and should have been cleaned up. Save your money. read more

Disappointing First Visit: Money taken from car This was my first time coming here, and unfortunately it will be my last. The wash itself was just okay, but after the service I noticed money was missing from my car. I always take note of what I leave in my vehicle, so this was extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. I came expecting a simple, honest car wash and instead walked away feeling uncomfortable and frustrated. If you choose to come here, I strongly suggest removing all personal items from your car beforehand. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I will not be returning. read more

Unacceptable. They were completely careless with the car, and left us with a flat tire. The wash was okay, and the service was not good

Their pricing was similar with other places, the wash was just ok. The guys working outside have zero personality, were a little lackadaisical in their work ethic and left several unwiped or missed spots on my vehicle. I shouldn't have to go home and dry off my car or add to the tire shine that they very lightly put on my tires.... read more

Took one car in yesterday and one today. Went from hardly seeing out the windows to a sparkling car. Yesterday (Saturday) was busier than today, but the outside crew took their time to dry the cars and wipe them down. Very satisfied with both washes. read more

I don't have any issue with the quality of the car wash. I have a dog so all the dog hair isn't removed but that's part of being a pet parent. the facility no longer has public bathrooms, which apparently started during COVID. nearest bathrooms are probably Moes around the corner or Walmart/Home Depot. They finally started to take Apple and Google pay earlier this month. They also close early when it rains, or end up doing their maintenance on the car wash, so good to call ahead during auspicious weather to see if they're open. read more

Went here during the week and boy was I disappointed. Money was def taken out of my vehicle during the car wash. All the employees except the cashier was rude. The cashier (I think her name was Cindy) was pleasant and competent, however everyone else was just plain rude. This business would 100% fail without her. My windows were dirty after the wash and the vacuum job was nonexistent. I will not be returning to this establishment. read more

Great car wash wonderful help Everyone was kind and friendy also my car looks great and clean which is important read more

They were great! first time coming here and i will be coming here from now on! Very pleasant from the first person to the last! I just put this car back on the road and it was DIRTY... FILTHY RATHER! It looks great now, even joked with him about a big tip... but in the end a bigger tip was earned and well deserved. Funny how a car wash can brighten your day! THANK YOU! read more

My car looks very clean. Service is good. Quality is good. They don't open everyday.

$25 Including tax for their top brand they didn't even bother to wax with tires or or vacuum the inside Of my trunk, which has pineapples in it from Christmas trees, and there were even that many he told me that it was an extra $10 charge, so that would make it $35 for a car wash. Are you kidding me? I know prices are expensive these days. But that's ridi would definitely not be going there ever again. I'm strongly recommend nobody else. Does either. Because they also have faster when they come to wipe me in the car down. So now I have to come home and vacuum my own car after paying $25 for a halfway done job. Because the stuff that they claim is on the sign. They don't even do so. Here I go putting foam on my tires and vacuuming my seats. Absurd. read more

Very good, the van looks like new, I've never had a problem with your car was. My error was that i left my ball hitch on the car and you worker nicely explain to me that next wash I remove it and reason why. read more

Zero Stars - one of the worst places I have ever been. $21.00 and even the front windshield was dirty. This place is a joke but I did not find it funny at all. They said they don't clean all weather mats I don't even think they vacuumed since I cleaned the car myself and found loose change , a hair comb and a candy wrapper. Very poor workmanship. I would not bother coming here. the rain would wash your car better than this place. read more

Gave this carwash a try after a couple of years since my first try. No improvement despite the price increase. It's pricey, and service is so so. $29 with tip for a full service wash. Seems to be the only game in town within a fifteen minute drive. This place has seen better days. Mats were washed but not properly dried. Truly a lack of quality carwash and value for your money in this part of NJ. read more

Despite their Google listing saying that they accept nft mobile payments, there is a sign posted after you give them your car that says they do not accept Apple Pay or Google pay. I had $14 in cash, but owed another $6. The owner made me give something as collateral while I went around the corner to my house to get more cash. If you are not going to accept Apple Pay like 85% of US merchants do, you need to be up front about that, instead of treating a customer like a criminal. I will drive farther away to get my car washed rather than give this company my money. read more

"Love" this establishment! - The owner was running the register today, and "insistent" that I pay cash vs. my AMEX! (rang me up for an exterior only wash saying, "$8.00 CASH- can't you just pay it in cash!") He emphasized the "cash" with other customers as well......makes people uncomfortable, including myself! This guy needs some competition! read more

My wife and I have been going to Windsor Carwash since May of 1998; 2 cars, once per week. My twins have been getting their cars washed there since 1999 and my youngest since 2003. That is literally hundreds of car washes. Their service from top down is excellent. Highly recommend them. read more

Paid extra for vacuuming back. Yes, my fault for not checking but overall bad job if it was a regular car wash. And exterior still had dirt marks on it. Waste of money as far as I'm concerned, I'll leave it to the Kid car washes next time. read more

This place is the worst place ever,no improvements. What a dirt merchant this guy is. Why not tell me that 29 minutes ago, genius!!! Guy is stuck in the 1950's with his stupid over dyed pompedore hair cut and his dumb twitches. Awesome car wash. They do an excellent job and the owner is always there watching the quality. I also buy the car wash books as a great value deal. The staff is very courteous, and polite. New equipment was installed ans does a fantastic job . A+++ Car wash read more

Waste of money and terrible customer service. Car is the same as before the wash and manager was dismissive and rude . Do not recommend coming to this facility at all! read more

A bit underwhelmed by the car wash itself. I think their machine is old as it left worrisome streaks on the car. I'll be going somewhere for a polish/wax & interior clean. The only plus side to this location is they were done in 10 minutes. read more

I had my car washed here and it didn't remove 5 small sap spots on the trunk. When I pointed them out to the men drying the car, they refused to try to remove them. I went inside and told the owner and he said you need a special cleaner to remove the sap and would not tell them to try to remove them. I told him "You will never see me in hear again" and his response was "GOOD"! You would think a full service car wash would have the necessary cleaners for such common issues and would try to satisfy the customer. read more

I stopped using these guys. The bottom panels of my car all around were left with road grime. When I complained to the owner he said that is the best he can do and did not care when I told him I have been going there for 20 years so I won't be going back. Also, the wheels never come out clean. I have to look them over and call their attention to them every time I go there. Bad work. I won't be going back. read more

The only car wash in the area. A bit pricey and sometimes they don't offer all of the services. They crew needs to spend a little more time when cleaning the interior, as I often have to ask them to go back and get something they missed. They charge $4.00 to clean your trunk... I understand the extra charge but it seems little high ... and they do just an OK job. read more

Extremely disappointed with the service. It is ridiculously expensive and the car is not cleaned property. The guy at the register is very rude. I paid extra for them to shine my tires and they didn't! I should have read the other reviews prior to going. I will not go back and would like my money back. read more

Man where to begin. First off, don't pay for single carwashes at $20 a pop. Buy the book, it is literally half the price per carwash. The owner of this place? I can't curse here, so let me just say: disrespectful, thinks he knows it all by his condescending conversations with others, leaves his corvette parked in the front to show it off, walks around doing this thing where he cranes his neck and pushes back his shoulders (maybe he has some kind of disorder?). They messed up my passenger seat and now it will not lock into position (I can't prove they did this but it worked fine before a recent carwash). Took it to my guy and a new seat track is $600 plus labor, heck no. I go here only because it is right near my house. read more

Came here after a day at the beach and figured get all the sand out...I saw they charge an extra $4 for vacuuming the trunk. I was then advised that they are not vacuuming because they are too busy....there's 3 cars here. Total trash....y'all don't know know how to run a car wash. Not to mention there's enough Mexicans here for Trump to lose his shit! read more

For 15 years I've been giving them one more chance. I am done giving them any more chances. The absolute worst. You would be better off getting a garden hose and a dish rag. Owner is a total jerk. read more

Got the most expensive package. Really disappointed. They did a slap dash job and I was the only customer, so there was no need to rush. I took the time beforehand to completely clear out my car so they could access all surfaces. I was in a hurry so jumped into the driver's seat and went to my next stop. It was then I realized they completely skipped much of the car. I felt so cheated I drove back and asked them to finish the work. When I popped the trunk and showed the sand still in there from a recent trip to the beach, they said I'd have to pay extra!! No one ever said anything about extra money for different areas of the interior! So glad I didn't buy the book of passes. I will never go there again. I came home and cleaned the dash, etc myself and vacuumed the car. read more
