Where I'm from, that's the price of self service. This kind of full service costs twice that, and usually involves some clean-cut high school kids who don't know how to clean a car. My parents used to live in East Windsor. No more, but I still buy these discount packs to get my car cleaned here every time I drive through Jersey. And if something disappoints, you just point and ask them to take care of it, and they gladly oblige. I get what I pay for, and what I like about the discount is it motivates me give a good tip, usually a $5 dollar bill.
