Every staff member was incredibly sweet, but my stylist Maggie truly stood out. I cannot recommend her enough! She was unbelievably helpful and never once pressured me to buy a dress that day. Nothing felt transactional or awkward, it genuinely felt like she cared about finding something that made me feel beautiful. She also pulled options that were actually in my price range ($1,500 and under), which I really appreciated. I also loved the variety they had. I was specifically looking for a boho, pink-toned dress (I didn't want the classic ivory!), and they had such a wide range of unique options that still fit my vibe perfectly. The VERY last dress I tried on was an "as-is" sample dress... and I fell in love. It fit me like a glove, and I felt so confident the second I put it on. The whole experience was so positive, and I'm so grateful for everyone who helped me. I genuinely couldn't recommend Impression Bridal more. So this was my first experience at this location. It is larger than others in Atlanta. Seems to have most of the online stock in store. Clean. Big sale section which is sort like a bomb went off...stuff everywhere falling off of wracks and shelves. But I have to say the employees don't seem to know anything about their job or store or policies. While there I asked 3 questions and they didn't decide to answer to any of them (or they couldn't but also did bother to find an answer) I asked specific ally about a pair of pants they had on an mannequin and I was walked around the whole store, shuffled to 3 different employees and nope...couldn't find it. Also just was like I don't know what those are to even try to look them up had I asked. I did try a few items on and it's worth mentioning that there was no in the fitting rooms, I don't care about this hit from a loss prevention point it's not great, and they are all SO SO DARK. I have 0 issues with my site but these were cavelike. I ended up in the assessable room (I was the only person in the fitting room for the duration of my trying on) which made me a little uncomfortable but it was the inky one that had anything remotely considered to be close to normal lighting. I included a photo of me in the fitting so you can the lighting in the "brightest" room. There was also a shelf that wasn't actually attached the wall that almost fell on me. I caught it but had I not it could have actually hurt me or someone else. I told an employee about it and she just went "oh...I girl I'll let someone know" and walked away. This was an adult...Kind if wild. Altered state isn't really geared towards my age bracket (30s) that's fine but they maybe need to have someone working that can answer basic questions customers may have. Gage it an added star because they did have more floor space and seems to have more stock than other Atlanta locations.

As you shop the racks, you will also run across displays of kitschy home decor with humorous and inspirational spiritual quotes. I scored an adorable striped sweater off the sale rack and a stretchy bangle bracelet that I have already received several compliments on. As I was checking out, I noticed a display of Giving Keys, which clued me in to Altar'd State's philanthropic efforts. Super sweet store! I will definitely be back!

I'm part of the teen generation that lived for A&F so I have spent quite a lot of time & money over a lot of my life in these stores. When I say this was like a blast from the past, I don't mean it in a nostalgic way. I was maybe one of 4 people there. The entire store was either empty (in terms of stock) OR it was a piled up mess of stuffed shelves and merchandise all over the floors. The staff couldn't have been less interested in being helpful. Also I had a customer service coupon for 20% off and the manager tried to only attach it to ONE ITEM not my entire purchase. And it took 20 min to get it applied properly. I had to do the math for her. I'm not sure if she didn't know how to use her own POS system or was simply hoping I wouldn't notice her shorting me but it shouldn't have taken that long to work out... Quality of clothes are high and looks very cool and chic. This location I love because it has a huge sale section. The associates are also super chill and helpful here. I'm always willing to make the extra drive from Atlanta to visit this branch because of the great deals!
