She was two week in intensive care, a week in a regular room and the released to start her treatment at a rehab. I had no idea which rehab to use, and asked for a recommendation, I was recommend Encompass Health, out of many options. My daughter read the reviews and there were a variety of mixed comments, this is mine! From the moment she was moved from the hospital to Encompass, treatment as a patient was very human and very respectful. Once in the rehab, the treatment was nothing short of perfect! The nurses and techs were all very very nice people who obviously take their profession and responsibilities very serious. The director for Encompass himself came to introduce himself and dropped his card in case we needed to contact him for any question or discrepancy, which we never had! The rooms were very nice, clean and kept that way. The therapist were just great, my wife's recovery has been nothing short of miraculous, God in place and the work done the Encompass team and therapist was the best combination to her recovery. The Doctors were constantly visiting and giving updates of my wife's condition. She was offered daily a menu for next days breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the food was just great! She entered the rehab April 6th and was discharged Sunday April 19th, walking, talking and on her way to being independent as she was before the stroke! It is very difficult to see someone you love and have know all your life, suddenly helpless and wondering what the future hold for that person and the family as well! Bear in mind that in this rehab there and many many patients, some in very delicate conditions, so we where not expecting that in a case of some need they staff could react immediately, they did the best at hand and that is accounted for! If I could give no stars I would. First of all, my therapists were great. The situation that…read moreoccurred after therapy though, BEWARE! I had a hip surgery in 2020 for which I required physical therapy. I received physical therapy for approximately 3 months. I was told during that time that I HAD to do a minimum of 3 months of physical therapy for my recovery by my physical therapist and that I would not be released from his care until doing so. Nearly 18 months later, with absolutely NO COMMUNICATION from Greater Therapy Centers, I received a defaulted bill in the mail for $5600. Apparently, my insurance stopped covering my physical therapy halfway through my treatment more than a year ago. I still paid a co-pay at every visit and Greater Therapy Centers never communicated with me in any way before I received the bill in the mail, which was a shock. The day I received the bill, I called Greater Therapy Centers of Bedford and spoke to the office manager, Stephanie. I requested a letter from my physical therapist stating that my treatment was medically necessary in order to file an appeal with my insurance company for the denied claim. I received no explanation for why they had not communicated with me about the denied insurance benefits from more than a year ago. Almost a month went by after speaking with her. During that time, I called Stephanie several days a week with only a "we are working on it" response. I informed her that time was of the essence, as the bill was due and I needed to file a claim appeal. After no help with the letter, I showed up at the Greater Therapy Centers of Bedford office in person in order to get this letter nearly 6 weeks later. I was informed that the letter had gone to HR for "processing and auditing" and that they would be in touch. I demanded contact information for someone higher up that could process the letter or at least give me a status update, as I was running out of time. I was given contact information for someone named Terrance Nicholas that was 'supposedly' the manager of Greater Therapy Centers of Bedford. I called and left voicemail messages for Mr. Nicholas twice daily begging for him to please call me back regarding my physical therapists letter. This went on for nearly 2 weeks, with no response and no further communication from Greater Therapy Centers of Bedford regarding my letter. When I called HR for Texas Harris Southlake (their HR processing company), I was told they have never received such a letter and it would not have to go through HR. Texas Harris Southlake had never received anything from Greater Therapy Centers of Bedford or communication of any sort of a physical therapist letter. Long story short, I NEVER GOT ANY RESPONSE from anyone at Greater Therapy Centers of Bedford. I was forced to file my appeal claim without a letter of medical necessity from my physical therapist because time ran out and, surprise surprise, it was denied. I now owe Greater Therapy Centers of Bedford $5600 for physical therapy that was claimed to be "not medically necessary", even though my physical therapist at the time told me that it was the protocol that I had to be cleared after 3 months. Don't trust this clinic to be communicating with your insurance company at all or to communicate if you have an outstanding balance. I wouldn't trust that they are even checking if any of the services are covered. I received their bill in the mail more than 1 year after my insurance denied their claim. If you don't want to have an unexpected surprise several thousand dollar bill in the mail, I suggest you go somewhere else.

Consistency in therapy matters so much and seeing the same therapist is of utmost importance. This is not the right way to run a business. If you don't have openings, just don't do intakes, don't be greedy.

He receives physical therapy 1x a week, speech therapy 2x weekly, and occupational therapy 1x weekly. Because of his special needs he has had numerous doctors and therapists throughout his short life, and I can say that we have truly found a home here. The staff and therapists are all very friendly and have always been really polite and understanding. They will work with you with regards to scheduling, and figure out the best options for services depending on the type of insurance coverage you have. (We have a high deductible plan, but we plan ahead and budget for medical expenses accordingly.) As a stay-at-home homeschooling mom, I am on a budget just like everyone else, but Beelieve's services are well worth it to me. My son's speech and clarity have improved so much, as well as his strength and balance. He still struggles with symptoms of his diagnosis, but the work he does while at Beelieve has helped to improve his confidence and stamina, and that trickles down into every aspect of his life! The owner, and main Physical Therapist, Joanna truly cares about her patients and how she can best improve their health and reduce the struggles or pain they may be dealing with. All of the therapists here make going to an appointment feel like playtime! Even after coming every week for 2 years, my son is excited to get up and come back! He works hard during his therapy time and earns stickers and smiley faces that he can later turn in for toys or temporary tattoos. I think the best part about Beelieve is that they really take the time to listen to me as a parent. If I have any issues or concerns about goals or struggles that my son is having, they make suggestions for exercises that we can do at home, they work in tandem with his doctors orders/requests, and they are always positive! *I recommend Beelieve to all of my mom friends, even if you're just looking for an evaluation to see where your child is at, or you have some questions I would give them a call. I don't know where we'd be without Monkey Mouths and the incredible help they've given us. It can be extremely stressful and emotional to have a child with different needs. My mom had a massive hematoma on her head from a fall. The NP refused to look at it, even after my mom asked several times because of the pain; later burst and scalp was visible. NP refused to give her any pain meds, scared her, we had to discharge her AMA so we could get her proper care, and the NP had the nerve to call APS! Of course they found nothing wrong and dropped the investigation after one check up, but what kind of healthcare professional retaliates against an elderly woman?!?! Do not put family members in this place! Absolute nightmare!!!!
