And I forgot to add, treatment was totally ineffective because of them not telling me post-op instructions.

Overtime there have been many changes and while at first that bothered me, it is clear that the owner of Christie Farrell (who is an exceedingly kind and talented woman) has prioritized always adapting and changing to the needs of her clients and historical and geopolitical factors. I enjoy their chiropractic adjustments and especially one of their massage therapists who is the best I've ever found. I won't give the name away because the schedule is already too full. They provide many other things such as physical therapy , tens units, hot cold therapy, and much more. They've nursed me "back to health" a couple of times when my chronic illness was so bad and I kept getting really really sick on top of that and was at a low point physically. I can count on them being kind and welcoming. I can also count on them always being there. Highly recommended.

They took time to walk me through everything, making sure I understood the treatment plan and what to expect. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming--you feel like more than just a patient the moment you walk in. I also appreciated the great follow-up and communication after my visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality chiropractic care in a supportive, well-run practice!

Most of these reviews are outdated, but I have been a patient recently…read more Rarely these days do you find doctors at the top of their games AND an amazing staff. These men and women are what is right about healthcare today, during a time when things feel unnecessarily difficult. I have NEVER been overcharged nor have I had trouble managing my insurance because the patient is helped every step, pun intended, of the way. Every member of this great team will help you find fitness and wellness again.

My PT said because of this my prior PT sessions were actually hurting and not helping. Very long wait times. I sat in one of the patient rooms for 45 minutes to see the doctor for him to finally come in and just say "wear a boot" and that's it. This doctor asked if I ever wanted to run again. I'm in my thirties. Yes, I would like to run again. Is this not a sports medicine clinic? I asked for my medical records so I could see a different doctor and that was nearly a week ago. No response. They don't really seem that interested in getting patients healed up. If they are there's definitely not a sense of urgency. They do offer shockwave and PRP injections but neither are covered by insurance and the research on these treatments is mixed. They won't say that though. If you want shockwave, go down the street and there's a beauty and health clinic that offers it for 20% less. They may be good surgeons but my treatment plan has been very confusing and I am still in pain daily.

I had no ACL in my left knee and I had gone through shots, gel injections and 6 different arthroscopic surgeries from High School to my 40's. I was bone on bone. I had gained weight and couldn't work out. No hiking, no biking, no golfing, nothing. My cardiologist told me to do something or else. I saw Dr. Kitziger. He told me I needed both knees done. Though rare, he would do it if I lost the weight and proved to him I would be successful. He replaced both my knees on the same day. I went to a Rehab facility and followed his instructions. I attacked my rehab and I got a new lease on my life! Today, I am loving life! Dr. Kitziger is both a great surgeon and a great physician. He even heard a palpable popping on my IT band when he had sewn my left knee up... made the decision to open me back up and fix that. I have no doubt many surgeons would have made me live with that. I am thankful for his care and his expertise! I would recommend him no matter what you have to do to have him on the end of your scalpel! Geaux Tigers!

His office assistant (I believe her name was Tara) couldn't have been more helpful. When it's time to have my other knee replaced, I'll head back to Dr. Kitziger at Carrell Clinic in Dallas.
