I wasn't able to answer right away and they kept calling over and over and leaving different messages, including one message that said my appointment was being canceled because my drivers license is expired (it isn't). I called them again and they confirmed my insurance is valid. Went in for the appointment and the receptionist tries to get me to "Self pay" and says I don't have valid insurance. Had to provide the insurance a 3rd time before they finally acknowledged it. I got as far as seeing the medical assistant. I showed her my most recent MRI and a stack of medical records going back 2 years. She quickly told me that the doctor wasn't going to be able to help me and I left. Never saw the doctor. Also their office is full of red flags, like advertisements for laser hair removal, ketamine injections, Regenexx ads all over the place (which is not a proven treatment and is experimental at best), something called the O-shot for woman sexual improvement. I feel stupid for going here.

I called several times after seeing the doctor for my 91 year old mother to get the next steps done for her epidural and they never call back or respond to the cardiologist office who also contacted them. But they called, texted and left a voice mail when they needed the insurance information yet could not call me back about the patients needs of getting the epidural moved forward. Terrible office staff and unfortunately I will take my mother somewhere else because I will not deal with the terrible, disorganized and lack of help in the office.

I checked in and as I was starting to fill out paperwork, I was called back. I was barely able to finish my paperwork when a tech collected me for x-rays. I waited less than 5 min to see Dr McNutt which I'm sure that was only due to him waiting to review my x-rays. He politely introduced himself and quickly examined my arms' mobility. Immediately he determined the source of my injury, gave me a shot of some sort to relax the inflamation. He prescribed physical therapy and sent me on my way. It was an amazingly fast visit and a huge relief that he diagnosed my issue as I was suffering for months just hoping it was basic soreness that would go away.

The second doctor recommended that I find a surgeon who could perform a periacetabular osteotomy (a major surgery that would break my pelvis and reconstruct my hip socket). Long story short, I was saved by a third doctor who told me that nothing was wrong with my hip. He was the specialist surgeon who knows how to perform the difficult operation. He explained that my symptoms were not hip related, rather, they were sciatic in nature (shooting pains from my hip to my feet, numbing, tingling). He recommended I see Dr. Clavenna, who specializes in spinal surgery. I saw Dr. Clavenna, was immediately diagnosed, had a micro-discectomy, and am now back to work and enjoying life again. Good thing I didn't go through a terrible (life altering) surgery that would require me to be out for 6 months! Dr. Clavenna was knowledgeable, attentive, efficient and kind. He has been by far the best doctor!

The X ray was done quickly and Dr Raynor's evaluation was thorough. On the next visit to give me the MRI results, all of the options, treatment suggestions and plans were expertly provided. I really appreciated a copy of the MRI report to read and reread. This organization is the best professionals to see with an injury. I had a long standing upper leg injury of unknown origin, and had seen both my primary care physician and a PT. After explaining my symptoms he had a pretty good idea what was wrong with me, and after an MRI his suspicions were correct that I had a stress fracture. It was such a relief to find out what was wrong with me, as I previously thought I had a muscle strain. Dr. Raynor's staff is also really nice and always concerned about my well-being. I really like the system of pre-visit online check-in at Texas Orthopedic Associates, so you don't have to spend each appointment filling out paperwork and you can actually get to your appointment on time. The only negative is sometimes it was hard to get an appointment that works with my schedule. Dr. Raynor is well in demand, and I completely understand why.
