On my very first visit Dr. Morchower he took the time to talk with me about what I wanted and what I needed. He also discussed what he would like to try and his plan was to lower the amount or strength of the pain medication that I was taking. I would love nothing more than to find enough relief from procedures that I would be able to be completely free from medications. Dr. Morchower listens to you and I feel valued and cared for. I feel like he is a partner in my care and that we share the same goals with respect to managing my pain. Unfortunately, I had another accident in December 2024. Since then all of my pain has increased and now I have frequent migraines. He has tried everything to get me relief. Although, these procedures haven't provided long term pain relief, it is always best to approach pain conservatively first. Dr. Morchower truly understands his field and he is a highly skilled specialist in pain management. I would recommend him to my family and that is the highest compliment I can give to a Physician. From reception to nursing staff, he has chosen compassionate individuals to assist him with his practice. I love that I can text concerns and requests, and that my needs are met in a timely manner. I found two doctors that are way more cost-efficient for somebody with health without health insurance and I've repeatedly asked for my records and they act like they can't print out a statement of what I paid. I have asked about more than 30 days ago and legally they're supposed to give me my records, but they won't give them to me so I don't know what's wrong with this place. They probably didn't even know what they're doing. This place is horrible. They're unfriendly they're unorganized and they don't care. All they care about is money. I would not suggest this place to anyone. They fit me through more pain in agony than when I went in there, they embarrass me they humiliated me i and they're just all around terrible and I don't really ever go to the extent to write a review about somebody else unless they're this awful and these people are awful. They don't care about anyone all I care about is money even though I paid my dues they won't give me my reference my medical records. I'm gonna take it somewhere to hire. Also, exacerbating the pain was my Fibromyalga concomitant with some radiating nerve pain from reoccurring costochondritis. The Doctor and his staff treated me with the upmost care and respect. They had never heard of the condition before and even put some effort into researching Slipping Rib Syndrome so that they could better treat me. Not many modern doctors are aware of the condition, so it is a breath of fresh air when one puts effort into understanding it. After consulting with Doctor Rodiguez, we came up with a great comprehensive treatment plan that will not only alleviate the pain, but also give me a shot at curing the Slipping Rib Condition with Prolotherapy. The main chiropractor apparently had her young daughter running around the reception and office area. Not sure if that's a daily thing, but it was pretty unprofessional nonetheless. When the masseuse did come out to take me to the back room, she had a bit of a condescending attitude (like I was supposed to know where to go). The massage itself was fine. No complaints on the actual quality of the massage, but to me the atmosphere wasn't worth the good price or the quality of the massage. After my massage, and here's where it starts getting odd, I was told to watch a video about the "world of chiropractic treatment." Oh boy... Dr. Wood then came in and he was friendly. Asked why I was there (living social deal originally purchased for my husband), Am I experiencing any pain (nope... again originally for the hubster), etc... then he goes "Ok, well let's see what your deal entails since these get issued so often." Followed by "Ok well in order to do your spinal adjustment, I'm going to need to do an exam... I see you didn't provide your insurance information. That's ok... Once you provide us with that, we can bill them. (insert sound of braking car here) Uhm say what coconut? I stopped him there and said "No... I don't want any treatment that requires me to pay anything outside the living social deal." Which I learned wasn't an option since he couldn't do the spinal adjustment without an exam which had to be billed. I thanked him for his time and excused myself... and yes, I went back to read the fine print which did not include anything about the additional cost of an exam in order to complete the terms of the deal. Sneaky sneaky with the ol'bait and switch. I definitely won't be in need of any future services.
