Our builder recommended Marne. Less than a year ago, I had all of my window treatments done by them. They gave us temp blinds to put in place until blinds could be installed. During this timing, he told me I wouldn't get blinds until he returned from a vacation a month later. When he installed the actual blinds, the temporary blinds stripped our stain from the wood. No apologies, oops that has never happened before. Now less than a year later, our patio blind is inoperable. The tension, multiple strings broke with normal use. (We are empty nesters who aren't hard on our home features.) We call to report issue, which we were told was the good thing about their company, he is going on another trip without any backup... out of the country. How nice for him. In the meantime, my son is getting married and we will be hosting a shower and then company. Without a working blind that we use for controlling light and entry to our patio. Not happy with any of his answers on how to approach solutions. I would not recommend their services. read more
