The man who came over, I assume Vlad based on the other reviews and his Slavic/Russian accent, gave me a super reasonable quote (lower than I expected) and insisted on explaining to me all sorts of things about the window quality and other small details that I wasn't interested in, but appreciated. He wasn't at all pushy, rather encouraged me to call other companies to see if they could make the service more perfect (he said that with my window having been custom made, there were certain parts of it that could not be exactly duplicated by him but maybe others could). I said no, book it! He came when he said he would, did the work quickly, covered the window hole with paper so my house didn't get cold while the window was out, and the result looks great. I highly recommend Vlad or whoever he was--like others said, he's honest, direct, hard-working, efficient, informative, and inexpensive.

They replaced 12 picture windows in a 1950's house, which required quite a bit of interior trim. I had to wait a number of weeks for the windows to be fabricated. Once they were built, they scheduled installation and everything went right on schedule and was done in a day and a half. The interior trim did need some caulking but I did that, and painted the trim myself to match the rest of my interior. The outside colors coordinate well with my house colors. 100% would recommend this company and may use again for more windows.

Layne came to our home and did an excellent job explaining the different rebate options, financing plans, and the entire insulation process. He made everything easy to understand and stress-free. Alexis and Tarik handled the actual work. They removed all of our old attic insulation, sealed any openings, and installed new insulation that helps repel mice and bugs. The next day, they returned to insulate the walls. They arrived on time, were respectful of our home and furnishings, and left everything clean when they were done.
