As far as my original installation, everything went off without a hitch and according to plan…read more Fast forward to today when I am in need of a repair. The shower door now appears to be out of alignment. The receptionist, who is very sweet and considerate, asked me to video the closing and opening of the door and I sent it to her on 07/29/2026. I have called countless times since, and spoken with the receptionist, and other associates who answer the phone without success. I have been promised countless times that they are going to send someone to take care of the issue. They never call me back or send anyone. The amount of phone calls, in addition to stopping by the office location personally amounts to enough time and effort spent on my part trying to get them to come and address my issue. They really have disappointed me. I had written a beautiful review after the initial install and now regret doing so. Knowing that it is a family owned and operated business, I would certainly expect better customer service. I called again just yesterday, spoke with a man and explained to him that I was supposed to be hearing back from Shamus as to when he could come. It was explained to me that Shamus is the owner's son, so he should clearly understand the importance of good customer service. Shamus got on the phone with me just yesterday, and abruptly said, "I never told you I was coming today. He went on to say, "I have to coordinate a truck, and I will get back to you with a date and time." I asked again, so you will be calling me back? He said, "yes." He really annoyed me when he said, I never told you I was coming today. The true fact is I was told during countless phone conversations with the office receptionist that she would be sending someone. I have been given this same answer countless times and nobody ever calls back and nobody ever comes. It is a rude and inconsiderate way to run a business. I am not sure that Howie, the owner is still actively involved in the business, but he clearly should know the lack-luster attitude towards customers who are in need of a repair. The only asset is the receptionist. She is very kind and considerate.

Wanted to use an outdated measurement from someone else instead of measuring the kitchen himself,…read moreeven though the design, including the sink, had changed. Please read on, it gets worse. Was too careless to cut the backsplash to the windowsill . The cutouts for the outlets were gouged and jagged, not finished. And the worst part: Even though he and I had agreed he would tell me when to visit his store to decide which parts of the slab should go where, he went ahead without notifying me and cut it. He then had his men surprise deliver it to me ( he said they were going to do something different, not delivering). When I wanted to send it back, so that we can look at the entire slab, to see whether I like how he cut it, he became extremely vindictive and told me he would tell his men to " leave the stone on my front step" and " not return." This meant he would keep my money and the other half of the slab. And quit and leave me stuck. He also never comes to your house to supervise or contribute to the work, he leaves everything to the workmen. He also doesn't communicate, not when the slab arrives at his store, so you are deprived from your preferences on which parts you like best. He also fails to tell you when there are long travel delays. There is no way around this incompetence and callous disrespect..

For a small operation, we were thrilled with their service and the quality of their work on our countertop, doorway saddle, shower curb and shelf was excellent. We would recommend them in a heartbeat. The man came and was not interactive with me at all. He measured the space and I was hoping to discuss design options based off of pictures I've found online but he was overall not very interested and when I asked if he would like me to email the pictures of designs that I've found he simply said no I do this all the time I know what you're looking for. He tells me he will get back to me the following week with an estimate. No call so I call to check in, he said he'll get back to me beginning of the next week. So he calls and wants me to come in the store to look at the design and will not email it to me to it's against their policy. I ask him for an estimate of cost and he tells me an insane amount of $$ that wasn't too far off of what I paid to do my entire kitchen just 3 years ago. I let him know that is way out of my budget but considering there is probably other design options we could put together that might change the price, can we take another look after re working it a little, but he refused and said I'm probably getting better pricing because I'm getting quotes from businesses using Chinese imports and they don't work with those. I called another place and they had someone here the next day- he discussed so many options with me! Asked me questions I didn't even think of before like spacing between top and bottom, and counter height. Just provided so much more productivity to our consultation and spent 40 min talking with me, where NDA guy was here for 5 minutes total. He said he'll work on getting something over to me by end of week and gave me his card to contact him if I think of any other questions or possible modifications to what we've discussed! That is the level of service I'm expecting and especially when you want to come at with me an insane price! Bring your business elsewhere.

As a family we are particularly horrified by mirrored closet doors. I cannot stress this enough. We knew that replacing the doors would be not be cheap, and my parents considered saving that project for a year or two from now.
