When they asked why I was there I told them why. The salesperson was upset because his current victims/customers were there and overheard. He showed up at my house to do his best to embarrass me. From my driveway, he started to yell at me that I cost him business. This time I have a ring doorbell to catch his unprofessional possibly steroid induced behavior. He cost himself business by being a liar. The owner came by my house after this fiasco and offered me paint so I could paint my door the BLACK color that I initially ordered. He had the gall to say that the espresso/black color went better with my house anyway. My house was under renovation so he proved my point-I'm not trying to match the current color. I'm matching what it will be. Lastly, the fancy keypad doorknob they sold me was not installed correctly because the door would not close!!! They came back to fix it to loosen the screws to accommodate the misalignment. I wasted over $10000 on this poor excuse of a business. RUN. It is not worth it to do business with this company. They also need promised satisfaction guaranteed but they don't mean the customer-they are only concerned with themselves. THEY ARE A SCAM.

I'm still waiting for the estimate for, let alone scheduling of, the work. Many text messages (they *do not* answer their phone - it goes straight to voicemail, telling you to text them) later, they've stopped even replying to text messages. The shower door now appears to be out of alignment. The receptionist, who is very sweet and considerate, asked me to video the closing and opening of the door and I sent it to her on 07/29/2026. I have called countless times since, and spoken with the receptionist, and other associates who answer the phone without success. I have been promised countless times that they are going to send someone to take care of the issue. They never call me back or send anyone. The amount of phone calls, in addition to stopping by the office location personally amounts to enough time and effort spent on my part trying to get them to come and address my issue. They really have disappointed me. I had written a beautiful review after the initial install and now regret doing so. Knowing that it is a family owned and operated business, I would certainly expect better customer service. I called again just yesterday, spoke with a man and explained to him that I was supposed to be hearing back from Shamus as to when he could come. It was explained to me that Shamus is the owner's son, so he should clearly understand the importance of good customer service. Shamus got on the phone with me just yesterday, and abruptly said, "I never told you I was coming today. He went on to say, "I have to coordinate a truck, and I will get back to you with a date and time." I asked again, so you will be calling me back? He said, "yes." He really annoyed me when he said, I never told you I was coming today. The true fact is I was told during countless phone conversations with the office receptionist that she would be sending someone. I have been given this same answer countless times and nobody ever calls back and nobody ever comes. It is a rude and inconsiderate way to run a business. I am not sure that Howie, the owner is still actively involved in the business, but he clearly should know the lack-luster attitude towards customers who are in need of a repair. I don't necessarily believe this was the installer's fault--it may have been a defective keypad. I ordered a replacement myself and simply asked the owner if someone could come back to swap it out. He replied but didn't give me a straight answer, he was actually nasty. I've sent multiple text messages over the past weeks. The lack of communication and customer service has been extremely disappointing. When you spend a lot of money with a company, you expect them to stand behind their work and at least return a customer's message. It's frustrating that such a small service request has been completely ignored. Because of this experience, I can no longer recommend this company. A quality installation is important, but so is customer service after the job is complete.
