so i had these guys come out to measure my duplex.. they came back at me with a price that we eventually agreed upon at $450 which included washing 16 windows, 2 balconies, glass panels etc.. i explained to them that i just had new screens put on and didnt need the 16 windows clean so i asked them if they could negotiate to half the price since its a 1-2 hour job max now..they responded back by e mail stating they would come down from $450 to $420???????????draw your own conclusions..i see the reviews , but these guys are not for me.. read more
