I had 2 OK experiences with them and one horrible. The people in the field don't talk to the people scheduling in the office. If they don't go out to the site or if there is an issue at the site, they don't tell anyone who can contact the owner. They don't return phone calls. I made 5 unanswered calls. Our HOA hired them to do 3 projects: Pressure wash private road, driveways & curbs,10 homes(each homeowner paying them directly at a discounted price) & clean fencing around community. The day homes were to be cleaned, 1 person was sent & he couldn't get all of them done. Homeowners were told to get everything off their porches&patios. The co. owner told us that he would be back within week, then 2 weeks then 1 month & then again another 30 days. Never received call from them, we always had to call them to confirm & then they continued to reschedule 4 times over the course of 3 months. HOA had to hire another company for the third job and each remaining homeowner then had to find another company on their own. Would not recommend. read more

The two man crew tried to talk me out of pressure washing the house even though they had quoted it to me. I had to call the business owner Derrick who was going along with his crew. (It was quite cold so I would've understood postponing the entire cleaning) so I convinced Derrick to perform the pressure wash. The outside man worked very hard and sprayed on the bleach mix and then rinsed it which took a couple of hours. The inside guy started on all the inside windows and worked hard and quietly and non-intrusively. The outside guy then proceeded to clean all the outside of the windows. When done they presented the bill and asked if I had any problems. I didn't at the time because it was getting dark. The next day I noticed several windows had streaks and they had left askew some of the high slats on the blinds. After calling we set up for the crew to return to fix the few issues. They were late for their appointment and got to my house after dusk making it impossible to see the steaks I saw. So I showed the crew leader ( the outside guy from the original cleaning) the streaks and he said it must've been drippage from the house. Didn't say he'd quickly reclean the two areas. The next area was again hard to see in the dark so he said it must be another"event" that caused it. By now I'm perturbed because of their late arrival and his reluctance to reclean the areas I was pointing out. I told him so and he proceeds to tell me I'm talking down to him and he deserves more respect and we were having a conversation and I wasn't being respectful to him since he was a service provider. I waited until he had his say and tried to get a word in but he kept on his tirade and suddenly says he's leaving and walks out and slams the door. He packs up his ladder and I think their gone when the front door pops open and a second guy says we're leaving and I don't know what happened. I said something which I don't recall and he adds fuel to the fire and says you can do what you want. And mutters he owns two houses both bigger than mine and turns and walks away and they leave. I called Derrick to ask a return call at 6:00 last night. It's almost noon and he still hasn't returned my call. Guess customers and customer service are secondary to this outfit. read more

I called 3 times last Monday to your office and left a voicemail with no answer from anyone or a returned call. I then called 3 more times last Tuesday to your office and left a 2nd voicemail with no answer from anyone or a returned call. Finally, I called last Wednesday to your office and left a 3rd voicemail with no answer, however, I did receive a call back Wednesday evening from Katie in your office. You company has serviced my house more than once for a variety of services. You have cleaned the exterior windows on my house at an agreed upon price of $318. Katie also confirmed that exterior window cleaning service would be the same price at $318 again and if I wanted any additional interior windows cleaned that Julio would look at what I needed and give me a price for those prior to commencing the job. Julio was scheduled to come Saturday 9am to complete the job. He shows up 45 minutes late with no phone call prior to advise of his tardiness. He comes inside and let's me know he cant perform any of the interior cleaning services of either the stairwell light fixture or interior windows "without a partner". I told him not to worry about anything interior that I would just do it myself (which I did with a 10' ladder very easily), and to just begin on the exterior windows. He stated he was going to walk the house to get a window count and advise me of my price before starting. Julio came back to let me know that the price to clean all exterior windows would be $585, HOWEVER, he would give me a $25 discount for being a repeat customer (what a deal!). I asked how many windows he counted to get to that price (knowing that I have 80 windows to be cleaned already) and he couldnt seem to give me the total number he just kept rambling on and on. I then told him that Window Gang has been to this property at least 2 different times and the contracted price for exterior window cleaning was $318 and I was just curious how how got nearly 200% higher. Julio starts rambling again letting me know that "prices have gone up recently". I asked him if prices went up since last Wednesday when Katie confirmed $318 for exterior window cleaning, which he didnt have an answer for. I told him he could go ahead and leave my property if he is going to try to price gouge me. He goes on and on and on telling me "he is the office manager" and that "I dont need to try contacting anyone else (either Katie or you the owner) because he makes the decisions". I couldnt be more displeased with any of the services your company has provided (or lack there of honestly) and if you care at all about your business I would like to think you will actually read this email and make some adjustments. The individuals running and representing your business are doing you a huge disservice. Awful communication from Derek the owner as well. He called me the following Monday to address the above issues. Told me to give him a few hours to look into everything and that he will make it right with me and apologized for the lack of communication from his team. Here we are 4 days later and I havent heard a word from Derek. Just an absolute nightmare and awful experience. Will never use again and dont recommend to anyone else. read more

Referral from my neighbor, who uses this company frequently (3x/year). Very easy to schedule an appointment the same week I called. Associates showed up on time and were very courteous. Completed work was solid. (But don't expect great. Should of asked when scheduling an appointment if razors are used to take off paint spots). Good experience overall. read more

Stay away this company is very unreliable. I waited three weeks for an appointment and two hours before they were scheduled to be at my home called and canceled. Promised to call me right back and never did. Promised to call me later that day and try to get fit me in for the following day I've yet to hear from them and it has been several days. Always had some kind of excuse they were rude they were not helpful. Disagreed with me over price previously quoted. Use caution if booking with then there are plenty of other better companies out there that can do the same work. read more
