After living in my new house for a year, I grew tired of looking out through dirty windows. My prior attempts to clean the windows myself were less-than-ideal and I knew that a professional was needed to really do the job right. I called Window Dude and, to my surprise, a team were near my Sherman Oaks neighborhood and could pay a visit later that day. A team, led by Junior, showed up on time and began work right away. They were professional, respectful and hard-working. As my house is a rather large hillside home, there were some tough windows to get to but the team did a great job and within the estimate. What a SCAM. He sends out teenagers with barely any gear and they climb up on the roof and "empty" the leaves from the drains. They are so lazy and do it so quickly, then claim..."oh you barely had any leaves". But how you can you check unless you climb up there and do it yourself? They dont actually unclog the spout pipes. SUCH A SCAM. WAY OVER PRICED. We used him twice- once when we were not home so we didnt realize how little work they do. I recently had my gutters cleaned by the Window Dude. After he left I noticed an eave that wasn't cleared out, but thought that it might have been an oversight. It's difficult to see the gutters from the ground so I trusted that the rest of the job was done. After all- what WAS he doing for the time he was at my house?!? Just a few months later we are selling our home and a handyman was asked to clean that eave. When he got up there he said NONE of the gutters were cleared out. It looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. UPDATE: Due to an excellent response to my issues I am upping my rating. I really appreciate businesses who take customer satisfaction seriously! Even though I can't take him up on the offer for a re-clean, I appreciate the quick and thorough response. I also suggested that moving forward, before and after photos are taken and given to the client via email or text so there aren't any questions about unseen spots. Thanks again! read more

Dru came over with his crew - they did a quick inspection and we agreed on the job. His staff was very organized and did a great job. My house is about 1400 SF and it has two stories. The total job took around 1.5 hours and everything came out great - screens, windows, window trim, etc.. I will definitely hire them again and give them my highest possible recommendation! read more

I didn't find these guys on Yelp but they did come highly recommended by a friend. Just had a very good experience with them and wanted to share. Owner got back to me very quickly to set up the appointment which was available within a couple of days of calling. The two-man crew who did the job turned up early (they thought they were late but maybe that meant someone else was waiting for them! It was great for me) They did my 2200 sq feet house in just over 2 hours. Myy (drought friendly) yard look greener and the sky looks bluer! They were good communicators, treated all our spaces very tidily and respectfully. read more

I told him that I was a little out of his mileage range but he said, "No problem." With the recent winds and repairs that I was getting done to the house, I'm sure my gutters were clogged and my windows were filthy! We were selling our condo, one day I was taking the curtains down to have them cleaned and when I looked at the windows/sliding glass doors, I said gross, these look terrible. But open house was on Sunday and this was a Thursday. I gave them a call and luckily they where at a job in the area and could come by after there were done. We had the window dude come out and do our windows and screens. They did a great job & we were so happy that we also hired them to do power washing. When you power wash you should do that before the windows (we will do that next time) but they did a great job on the power wash and re did the windows for us too! My boss had me look around for a window cleaning service, and I decided we should book Dru (the Window Dude) because of such high reviews on here and I can confirm that the five star rating they've got on here is well earned. Dru was very responsive and has picked up every call I made to him. He swung around our new office building to take a look at our windows and called me back with an estimate. He sent Kevin over who's a great guy and FAST. Initially we had them booked to do about a dozen 12-foot French windows, but as Kevin was on his way, we had to increase the workload to doing a whole ton of interior glass (like tall glass cubicles, partitions, etc.). It was no problem at all and Kevin was well prepared to handle all of it. The glass looks spectacular! You can hardly tell there's glass where we have glass partitions, which I'm sure will quickly become greasy from people smashing their faces into it from trying to walk into the wall, the glass is so clean. We had to cut the cleaning time a little short initially because our exterior windows are disgusting but Dru and Kevin set up a time to finish up later in the week with a power washer. The price is fair, the crew is great. We've got ourselves a new window cleaning service. read more

I used Window Dude to clean my gutters and roof. I have a two story house with lots of surrounding pine trees. There was a lot of pine needles on the roof and in the gutters. Kevin did a fantastic job. Meticulously cleaned off the roof and gutters. Checked all the downspouts were open using a hose. Bagged every bit of debris. Keven was meticulous and very amicable. This crew was excellent, Ryan & TJ were very polite and professional. note: A detail based on other reviews is that I had some overspray from a paint job that I had not noticed because the paint looks like dust. The crew was happy to help me remove some drips of paint but they said the painter needed to remove the paint spray because they didn't want to scratch my windows.
