These guys did an okay job, but I am a bit disappointed since I tried this company via homeadvisers.com. They arrived early, which was fine, and they finished in about two hours. Although the job isn't perfect, in general it was an overall positive experience. However one screen in the loft area wasn't put back in the window, and now my roommate and I have to deal with that ourselves, because I don't feel like waiting around to have them come back again. Both fellows were very nice, and that goes along way for me, considering the general temperament of most contractors. read more

Alex came came and did my windows and they came out sparkling. He did a great job and he was quick. I didn't have to move anything, he worked around all the furniture inside and out. Definitely recommend these guys. read more

Very professional, reasonably priced, nice, polite and did an awesome job! Craftsman house with tons of small multi-paned windows and some glass from 1920. All sparkling like new! I would definitely hire them again. read more

4500 sq feet, 80% multi-pane and french door, two-stories, have not been cleaned in (at least) 2 years, and my wife and I around the whole time....all of this could test any window washing team. Window Dude did a great job! Arrived on time with a crew of 4 and proceeded to do it all in less than 4 hours. I opted for the gutter clean as well and that was just as professional. They do a great job, use them! read more

Five stars. Got a slot ASAP, Drew was genial on phone, the college-age males sent to do the washing worked methodically and did a PERFECT job inside and out. Clean windows matter. This is one of those things that if it's done half-assed it's a waste of time and $$$. Highly recommend this small business! read more

Always great quotes, and always efficient and quick to come do the job. He's a great, trustworthy honest guy. I knew him and his family from our school and have used his services including power washing several times over the years. Love! read more

I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Window Dude. Totally affordable, amazing job, thorough, fast, polite, will use them now every year!

I am a property manager and have been working with drew for a few months now and he never disappoints. He is the number one company we use not only is he such a nice person his staff is also amazing. Would recommend him and his team in a heartbeat! So professional and friendly! read more

After living in my new house for a year, I grew tired of looking out through dirty windows. My prior attempts to clean the windows myself were less-than-ideal and I knew that a professional was needed to really do the job right. I called Window Dude and, to my surprise, a team were near my Sherman Oaks neighborhood and could pay a visit later that day. A team, led by Junior, showed up on time and began work right away. They were professional, respectful and hard-working. As my house is a rather large hillside home, there were some tough windows to get to but the team did a great job and within the estimate. Thanks to Window Dude, my Valley views are again spectacular and my home feels like I just moved in. I will definitely hire them again in the future! read more

Called yesterday based on online reviews. I needed windows cleaned today on a property being listed for sale. Dru sent a Kevin out this morning. He did a fantastic job at a great price. I would highly recommend!!! read more

The guys did the windows on our rental house and power washed it as well prior to us listing it for sale. Then we had them back a few months later to do the windows on our residence. We really like the service and expertise on the windows, however, they didn't warn us that we may get water inside on the power washing. (We had never had that done before.) There wasn't any damage, but we did have to wipe up the interior walls and floor in a few areas. So we're a bit hesitant to ever power wash again, but for window washing, they're our go-to team. read more

Outstanding Job! Window Dude is great!!! Alex was awesome

Window Dude were great to deal with, very quick to quote and do the job. They did an excellent job. Very professional and really took their time. He even cleaned my shower as a bonus. Very pleased with the service. He wore a mask at all times, was very polite and courteous and my windows look brand new. Highly recommend Windows Dude!! read more

Before I booked these guys I've shopped couple different good review company. The reason I choose them because the manager is easy to deal. He doesn't hide anything and tells me price clearly. They came a little earlier when they finished the job before. Three guys finished quickly and nicely. I'm satisfied their job. I recommend. read more

What a great job they did. On a short notice they showed up on time, were respectful, very quick, and I was thrilled with the results.

I had to take a moment out of this sweltering day to say how fantastic Dru was on the window cleaning of my house. It had been many years since I had the windows done and he was thorough and efficient, not to mention very kind and likable. Grateful for the beautiful windows. It makes my house feel brand new again, and that's something after living in it for 24 years! Recommend them wholeheartedly. Allison read more

I have been in my home for five years. I was always told to have my windows cleaned inside and out and I never did it. I always thought that they looked fine. I called WINDOW DUDE and I can now see THE WORLD from inside my home. It's amazing. WINDOW DUDE was on time, careful, professional and super nice. I look forward to working with them again next year. Try them - it's amazing what can see when you don't have dirty glasses! read more

What a SCAM. He sends out teenagers with barely any gear and they climb up on the roof and "empty" the leaves from the drains. They are so lazy and do it so quickly, then claim..."oh you barely had any leaves". But how you can you check unless you climb up there and do it yourself? They dont actually unclog the spout pipes. SUCH A SCAM. WAY OVER PRICED. We used him twice- once when we were not home so we didnt realize how little work they do. Today we saw what a terrible terrible excuse for a business this is. read more

I spoke briefly on the phone with Drew, who was great to talk to and very accommodating to my schedule. Two personable young men arrived early (having phoned to make sure it was okay to arrive early) and set to work quickly, quietly and efficiently to do a thorough and expert job on my windows. And the price was very fair as well. This was pretty much a perfect experience. Thanks, Drew! And thanks to Yelp too. read more

I recently had my gutters cleaned by the Window Dude. After he left I noticed an eave that wasn't cleared out, but thought that it might have been an oversight. It's difficult to see the gutters from the ground so I trusted that the rest of the job was done. After all- what WAS he doing for the time he was at my house?!? Just a few months later we are selling our home and a handyman was asked to clean that eave. When he got up there he said NONE of the gutters were cleared out. It looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. UPDATE: Due to an excellent response to my issues I am upping my rating. I really appreciate businesses who take customer satisfaction seriously! Even though I can't take him up on the offer for a re-clean, I appreciate the quick and thorough response. I also suggested that moving forward, before and after photos are taken and given to the client via email or text so there aren't any questions about unseen spots. Thanks again! read more

Dru came over with his crew - they did a quick inspection and we agreed on the job. His staff was very organized and did a great job. My house is about 1400 SF and it has two stories. The total job took around 1.5 hours and everything came out great - screens, windows, window trim, etc.. I will definitely hire them again and give them my highest possible recommendation! read more

I didn't find these guys on Yelp but they did come highly recommended by a friend. Just had a very good experience with them and wanted to share. Owner got back to me very quickly to set up the appointment which was available within a couple of days of calling. The two-man crew who did the job turned up early (they thought they were late but maybe that meant someone else was waiting for them! It was great for me) They did my 2200 sq feet house in just over 2 hours. Myy (drought friendly) yard look greener and the sky looks bluer! They were good communicators, treated all our spaces very tidily and respectfully. read more

Thanks to Groupon I was introduced to Window Dude! Dru was really nice on the phone and gave me a quote for my window cleaning. I told him that I was a little out of his mileage range but he said, "No problem." With the recent winds and repairs that I was getting done to the house, I'm sure my gutters were clogged and my windows were filthy! I have a modern house with lots of big windows and his guys were very nice and did a great job. They are very reasonably priced and I'm definitely using them again! read more

I moved to a house where windows make or break the place. Dru and his team made my place look AMAZING for a very reasonable price. They also didn't try to upsell me on anything. Will definitely be hiring them regularly. read more

We were selling our condo, one day I was taking the curtains down to have them cleaned and when I looked at the windows/sliding glass doors, I said gross, these look terrible. But open house was on Sunday and this was a Thursday. I gave them a call and luckily they where at a job in the area and could come by after there were done. My job was not big by any means, but I just needed help. A crew came out, did a great job and the windows looked fantastic. I will be using them again and recommend to everyone. read more

We had the window dude come out and do our windows and screens. They did a great job & we were so happy that we also hired them to do power washing. When you power wash you should do that before the windows (we will do that next time) but they did a great job on the power wash and re did the windows for us too! The owner is also really nice and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the client is happy. That's so important and I really appreciate it! read more

These guys are super professional, accommodating and just nice people to work with! I have used them twice now in my office in Studio City. Am happy to give them my business. Thanks Drew and Ryan (the friendly window washing tech). read more

My boss had me look around for a window cleaning service, and I decided we should book Dru (the Window Dude) because of such high reviews on here and I can confirm that the five star rating they've got on here is well earned. Dru was very responsive and has picked up every call I made to him. He swung around our new office building to take a look at our windows and called me back with an estimate. He sent Kevin over who's a great guy and FAST. Initially we had them booked to do about a dozen 12-foot French windows, but as Kevin was on his way, we had to increase the workload to doing a whole ton of interior glass (like tall glass cubicles, partitions, etc.). It was no problem at all and Kevin was well prepared to handle all of it. The glass looks spectacular! You can hardly tell there's glass where we have glass partitions, which I'm sure will quickly become greasy from people smashing their faces into it from trying to walk into the wall, the glass is so clean. We had to cut the cleaning time a little short initially because our exterior windows are disgusting but Dru and Kevin set up a time to finish up later in the week with a power washer. The price is fair, the crew is great. We've got ourselves a new window cleaning service. read more

Out windows were filthy, all 20+ of them. Inside and out. Dru and crew did an amazing job of cleaning the windows, window sills and screens. The house looks brand new and amazing. I now see stuff I didn't know was there! It's like putting on glasses when you're near-sighted. Thanks, Dru! We won't wait so long for the next time. read more

I was not thinking about window cleaning for my house, although they were definitely in need of a wash. This pleasant young man named Alex knocked on my door and he was persuasive enough that I ended up saying YES to a comprehensive wash of all exterior windows and doors of the main and pool houses the following day. I ended up being pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and high quality of the cleaning, carried out mainly by another young man named Junior. I would recommend this company without any reservation. read more

This was probably one of the best experiences I've had in recent years! The owner "Drew" was so professional, personable and gave me a fair price over the phone. Thanks guys...very well done! read more

Kevin and Junior from Window Dude come out to my home today and cleaned every window, screen and window sill in my 2-story home. They arrived on time, they did a terrific job and they finished within a reasonable time [about 4 hours]. The price was fair and disclosed to me before they arrived. I've used them before and will definitely continue to use them in the future. Thumbs up for Window Dude!!! read more
