Kevin and Fernando were extremely professional and did a fantastic job. Drew, the owner, was exceptional as well. On time and a great job and worth the cost effective price. Our windows look amazing! read more

OMG!!! I am always going to call The Window Dude. Amazing service, great prices. Job well done. Super nice guys.

The BEST. Next day service. The job was over and beyond what I expected. Thanks Dru and crew.

I used Window Dude to clean my gutters and roof. I have a two story house with lots of surrounding pine trees. There was a lot of pine needles on the roof and in the gutters. Kevin did a fantastic job. Meticulously cleaned off the roof and gutters. Checked all the downspouts were open using a hose. Bagged every bit of debris. Keven was meticulous and very amicable. I will definitely be a repeat customer of this company. read more

We just moved to Agoura Hills and needed to get ALL the windows cleaned in our new 2 story house. I found Window Dude online, sent in an email query on Sunday and was promptly called back on Monday. They are very reasonably priced, did a great job and the team was very quick, professional and friendly. Highly recommend Window Dude - A great experience! read more

The two employees Juan and Junior couldn't of done a better job! I have a couple high windows and they got them perfectly! They showed up early and was a pleasant to be around! I will definitely be hiring "Window Dude" again due to their good work ethics! read more

I want to thank Nextdoor Topanga for the recommendation "Dru @ Window Dude, WWW.windowdude.com 818 584-1969" - it is an example of how Nextdoor can work when a customer like me is happy with a recommendation. This crew was excellent, Ryan & TJ were very polite and professional. note: A detail based on other reviews is that I had some overspray from a paint job that I had not noticed because the paint looks like dust. The crew was happy to help me remove some drips of paint but they said the painter needed to remove the paint spray because they didn't want to scratch my windows. I am now in heaven with my beautiful view of paradise in the mountains of Topanga Canyon. What a treat it is to have sparkling windows, it will be my Mothers Day gift to myself. read more

Dru and his crew from Window Dude are beyond amazing. Their professionalism and customer service are excellent. It was so refreshing to deal with a company with high standards in all areas and I underestimated how much of a difference professional window cleaning can make to a home. I am rarely moved to write an unprompted review but their level of excellence was so high, it could not go unnoted read more

I hired them to clean all of our windows, four stories building. They did an awesome job, showed up on time and worked very hard to get it done on time. read more

I am a Realtor and I use the Window Dude to professionally clean the windows on all my listings. They are prompt, courteous and easy to work with. The prices are fair and the results for my clients have made it completely worthwhile. read more

Dru came to the rescue. I didn't need his crew to clean the windows, but to handle a situation that required one very tall ladder and some significant elbow grease. Gosh, they were here in no time at all. And what a pleasure to work with! I look forward to having his crew out to do our windows soon. What a great team. Thanks, Dru! read more

If I could give a zero, I would. They scratched MANY of my BRAND NEW expensive Fleetwood windows. Drew was VERY difficult to get to respond and he offered NO solution. I would not recommend them and would be VERY careful about using their services! read more

These are nice people and their pricing is fine. Unfortunately, the work didn't match the level of quality represented. It may have been an "off day", but that didn't make us feel any better. read more

Scheduling was easy, the guys were nice, and the windows are -- finally! -- clean. I used the Yelp coupon and it was easy as pie.

The crew showed up on time and finished when they said they would. However I am not very happy with the result. I had to ask them to clean the window seals and showed them a couple of placed they hadn't touched. When they left I noticed a couple of windows either completely missed or still had some spots. For the money I paid it was not worth it. And I hadn't asked for a discount either. It was their full price, not cheap. I will not recommend them to my friends. Maybe it was an exception, but i did not have a good experience. read more

Dru and his team are WONDERFUL! I heard about them some time ago via Daily Candy and made a little mental note. Last week, I scheduled my first appointment with them. Talking with Dru was professional and painless - he gave me an estimate on the spot. His guys showed up perfectly punctually (love that) and did a phenomenal job. They even climbed up and did the skylights, which I wasn't expecting. Above and beyond the call of duty! Will definitely use them again. read more

Today was our first time using The Window Dude and the service was amazing. Drew, the owner, was able to give us a phone estimate and send a team the same day. Bob and Ryan arrived as scheduled and were extremely professional, friendly and quick. We are now looking out of crystal clear windows!!! Thanks guys! read more

I used these guys yesterday and they did a great job. I called on a Friday and got right through to Dru, and was able to get an appointment the following day. The two guys were friendly and professional, and didn't take long to get my filthy windows sparkling clean. read more

Great company. Dru (the owner) was very fair and professional with his estimate. The cleaning crew of Mario and Edgar could not have been more professional. They not only cleaned the windows and screens but pointed out any issues with the windows as they were cleaning them. I would recommend this company without hesitation. read more

Don't let the name of the company put you off. I'm sure they are good at cleaning windows (hence the name of the company) but in my case they did an excellent job of cleaning my gutters and downspouts this morning. I was looking for a company to clean my gutters and downspouts before the next rain and this was one of the companies recommended by HomeAdvisor. Dru contacted me this morning and said he could be here around noon. We agreed on a price and I asked him to please not be late as I would have to wait for them but I had to get to my office as early as possible. Well, let me say this about that. It's a true pleasure to work with someone who values other peoples time. About 20 minutes after we agreed on a price there was a knock on my door by his crew. He had rescheduled them to get to me early so I could get to my office without further delay. Their work was clean, neat and fast. I whole heartedly recommend Dru and his company and certainly plan on using him again next year. read more

Best window cleaning service ever! Loved Kevin and Junior who were friendly, prompt and professional. They did a great job at a great price. Dru, the manager, was helpful and polite on the phone. Will definitely use Window Dude again! read more

I had a very positive experience with this company. They gave me a quick call back and I was able to get an appointment right away. The crew came out and did a great job. They were efficient and courteous. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs their windows and/or gutters cleaned. read more

My experience with Dru, The Window Dude was very satisfactory. Every year or so I check up on my rental property in CA. This year I found the windows filthy and fired the property manager. His crew showed up on time and took care of the windows straight away. They were very professional and charged a reasonable rate. For sure I will be using them again. read more

I just had the mirrors (8' X 8') cleaned by the Window Dude's employees. They did a very efficient job, on time, it only took them 15 mintues, neat, clean and courteous. My mirrors have never looked better. Thank you Window Dude! read more

Called the Window Dude because of his previous reviews. We talked and he gave me an estimate. Said he could do the job the next day. I took him up on that and his crew arrived on time. Juan and Junior were excellent. The windows are only 10 years old and these guys were the first ones to know that the windows which move can pop out. They were efficient, thorough and did an excellent job. Dru runs a good company and I think the price I paid was fair. I appreciate the work. read more

They just rang my door bell drumming up business because of a cancellation in my neighborhood. The employee, Alex, asked my square footage, then quoted me $140 for exterior windows only, which I agreed to. He said the owner, Dru, and the crew would be over shortly. Twenty minutes later, Dru came to my door with his crew and said HIS EMPLOYEE quoted me too low, and he couldn't possibly clean my exterior windows for less than $200. It felt like such an upsell, I could not move forward. If he would have told me it was a low quote, but stood by the price this one time, he would have acquired a loyal customer and likely my referrals. Things happen in business, and it is very short-sided not to stand by decisions your employees make if you are allowing them to make decisions for you. He didn't even offer to split the difference-just asked for 43% more than the quote. (I rounded UP when giving the square footage.) UPDATE: Dru came back to make good on the original quote. His guys washed my exterior windows a few days later at the originally quoted price. The guys were very nice and professional. They did a good job. read more
