I hired this company as they said they would hand wash the second floor of our windows. Other companies said they power wash the windows which I didn't think was going to do a good job. So I asked about using a ladder for the second floor of the home to handwash and they said yes as you can see below. Turns out the guy just did the power washing which just doesn't get the windows clean. The worker was nice but was disappointed in the outcome as I really wanted to make sure we had someone who handwashed the windows. read more
