Window dude has come to our home twice now and both times they provided spectacular service and the person sent is always super nice and helpful. The last person who came was Ryan and he let us know we needed repairs on our gutters in a few places after the cleaning and was just an all around nice guy to have around. He did a wonderful job cleaning our windows, gutters and solar panels. We will definitely use them again in the future! read more

Found these guys last minute when I needed my windows done, stat! Dru scheduled me the NEXT day at a very reasonable price. Victor showed up right on time the following morning and did such a detailed, wonderful job. Our windows and screens are a little tricky because a lot of them are casement windows that are aged. Victor made the windows, the sills, the screens, and the sliding doors shine! He took his time and truly cared about a job well done. We haven't seen our windows and screens this clean in 5 years. We're so impressed with everything about this business. Dru was responsive, helpful, and customer oriented. Thank you Victor and Dru!! read more

I'm thrilled with this company! This is the second time we had our windows cleaned by Window Dude:) it seriously looks like we just had brand new windows installed. They were really dirty after all the rain we had in December. I couldn't believe that they were able to fit us in so promptly. I sent a message to Dru just yesterday (Sunday) and Dru sent Andrew over this afternoon! Andrew is such a lovely young professional.. he did a fabulous and very thorough job, both inside and out. He is so polite and extremely thoughtful! He even cleaned the glass shelf in our kitchen picture window:) It's very refreshing to meet a young pro with such pride in his job and such attention to detail! He was also very aware to remove his outdoor shoes and remain masked. And he managed to get to the windows without disturbing a person or a thing. I will refer. Thank you very much Andrew and Dru. read more

Showed up on time. Did a great job. Price as quoted. Easy and breezy just like it should be.

Excellent service! I sent Dru pics and he gave me a quote. He came out and did his best. He worked really hard. The windows looked awesome and the power washing worked out well. Overall, good price and he worked hard! Thank you! read more

First off, Dru was both accommodating (schedule-wise) and fair in his price quote. What a great start! When his crew showed up (Jesus) I knew we were in good hands as he was courteous and obviously wanted to ensure he did the job to our satisfaction. The job turned out perfect and was far better than any other window cleaning experience we've had to date. Perfect! Would definitely recommend using this company without question. Randy P. Alex came and cleaned all my windows and left no trace besides gorgeous, sparkling windows. His energy was very mellow and sure. After finishing, he walked me through the house and pointed out two issues with two windows. He also offered a great suggestion for fixing the issue. Definite value for money. I'd absolutely use them again. read more

Work with Dru and Andrew. They are great people delevering crystal clear windows at reasonable prices. Use them for routine maintenance.

We have a fairly large 2-story house with a lot of windows. We tried the Window Dude and are very happy with their work. They were professional, courteous, cooperative, and on time. Our windows look great. Plan to have them back periodically and would recommend them. read more

This is the best window and screen service we have EVER used in our 14 years of living in Woodland Hills. They were fast, efficient, and the windows and screens are spotless! And it was all done without leaving a mess behind and getting it all done in under 4 hours. They could even handle our overlarge sliding door screens with no problems as well as our second story windows. Everything was done perfectly and with a smile. So happy to recommend them to any and all in our neighborhood! read more

We received a prompt, fair quote from Dru. Ryan from Window Dude was on time, professional, polite and did an amazing job on our windows - they are sparkling! He was meticulous in his work. We will definitely use them again and would absolutely recommend their services. read more

So this is a little different review. I called Window Dude to discuss a project and he quickly (and truthfully) told me it wasn't really what he does and maybe not even what his equipment is made for. BUT, even after he realized that he wasn't going to get paid by me. He still asked questions about the project, what type of person I should get and what kind of price might be fair as well. He also had suggestions of how to better clean the project I had in mind. Again, I'm not a customer but I'm a huge fan of guys who have enough sense and decency to still try to help out and offer his professional advice to make sure I do get my project done right. He probably kept talking with me for 15 minutes or so.. very very refreshing in this day of poor customer service and pay me now or you are not worth me talking to. Thanks from a future customer! read more

This is the third and last time I will ever use or recommend these guys to anyone. I believe in the 3 strike rule...I made a mistake here..... Drew is a good guy but, lacks details, promptness, estimates and poor execution. I have nothing positive to say about his crew. Drew and I agree we should never do business future. I wish him the best I do blame myself for asking for a discount on 2 occasions since, on occasion 2 their work was weak and not thorough and on 3rd occasion(today) being 2 hours late and arriving without a clue of what they are supposing to be doing when they arrive.. I am glad others have had great success.... read more

OK, I am a bit speculative when it comes to window cleaning. For years I always did my own because I was never happy with the way our cleaning service had done them going on 11 years now. I always had to go back and hit the spots they missed or "didn't see" as one of their 'technicians" put it. This past FEB I called The Window Dude upon recommendation of my lawyer, who is also a customer of The Window Dude, because I wanted to try someone different. My current house cleaning company was charging what I thought was a lot for lackluster results for a tri-level home. I got a quote from Window Dude and it was almost spot on with what I was already paying the home cleaning service to semi-clean the same windows. I decided to see what the Window Dude would do for the same price. I had an appointment scheduled about 5 days in advance. On appointment day they called 2 hours before they arrived to confirm the time and to let me know how far away they were. The crew of two showed up on time. The work was great. The respect to my household items and in particularly our pets was profession and placed us in a comfort zone that put us at ease. We have some pretty tall windows in our collection of 17... and that includes two 18' sliders. They guys were done in about 2 1/2 hours. They removed all screens, cleaned them and put them back... and in the same window as each was originally without trying to put the wrong screen in the wrong window (we have custom sized and fitted windows). They really did a great job with our box windows in the kitchen, a place the cleaning services seemed to always not focus on even though we asked. Carpets, tiles, counters window casements, treatments and frames were pretty darn sparkly by the time they finished and left. I have to say the work was nice. So we did have some rain and weather this past Winter and Spring. By August of this year the windows were again dirty and in need of a cleaning. I called up The Window Dude and setup an appointment. To my surprise, they has an open appointment the next day. The day they came I was delighted to meet the owner, Drew. He was working with a new crew and was in process of training them. The team of three had everything done, once again, to satisfaction.... but this time inside only 2 hours. Unlike some professional home service companies, these guys are efficient and work as fast as possible while ensuring quality work. Good for them I say. I have a tentative appointment to have The Window Dude clean my windows again this, oh I'd say FEB, once again. Twice a year seems to be the magic number for my home to have The Window Dude work his magic. read more
