Jon replaced my gutter system and provided insight on the design and installation of the new gutters. Mitch was pleasant, informative, and easy to communicate with. He walked the house thoroughly, answered all of our questions, and provided recommendations. He also gave us a verbal quote and said he would send a detailed cost breakdown shortly. Unfortunately, that never happened. The next day, I followed up via text requesting the estimate and only received a emoji in response. After two more days with no estimate, I called and spoke with Mitch directly. He apologized and said he would send it out. It has now been over a week, and we still have not received anything. We genuinely wanted to move forward with the project, but the lack of follow-through made that impossible. It's disappointing that something as simple as providing a written estimate couldn't be completed. It also raises concerns about what would happen if an installation needed follow-up or if there were issues after the work was done. Very odd experience overall.
