BEST selection of bourbons in the area. Knowledgable, friendly staff. Steve, Mazin & Lennie are the best. Pretty great pizza as well.

Great store with a huge liquor assortment! If they don't have something they will go out of their way to get it. Excellent pizza and subs.

Sadly, it's nothing to rave about after $80+ worth of take out. The place is relatively small and the rear entrance is weird but the person working was awesome and very friendly. Kept a convo going and hooked me up as a first timer. Let me first say, I'll try a few other dishes before completely moving on but I had a good array on a Friday afternoon in my order. Perhaps I came too late versus when things were made but what I got was their "that day" offer. Needless to say here's what I got: A gluten free chicken pot pie Large order of blackened shrimp and mango salsa rice Pork stir fry Overnight oats- Tiramisu flavor Protein brownies Vanilla cardamom cold brew Buffalo chicken stuffed peps w/ side of Brussels. Kids chicken strips and butternut squash Mac. All the food is cold and comes packed in aluminum, requiring a stove reheat at 350 degrees. Here's where my ratings kick in for what I tried. Pot pie was ok. No flavor whatsoever until I threw down some pepper, paprika, and garlic. I'd prob try it again but maybe the full gluten version. Blackened shrimp was decent too. Not a fan of the mango salsa. Pretty standard for this dish. Would eat again. Pork stir fry was good; added some sriracha and lite soy to kick up the flavor. Would smash a plate again. Overnight oats are an acquired texture. Had to mix it up to share the tiramisu cream on top and definitely had coffee in it! Not bad though. Protein brownies were on point and you got three of em in one package! Smashed em big time. Real good! Vanilla cold brew was another smasher. Cup didn't even make it home before I drained it like a coffee vampire. Was flavorful and could have used a 24 oz version instead of a standard cup for $5. Liked the buffalo chicken stuffed peppers. More of an appetizer than a meal but again kicked up flavor with more seasoning and hot sauce. The sprouts were exceedingly hard. Those got tossed. The kids meal was inedible. Chicken tenders were very hard and breading seemed powdery? Not good. The Mac was ok but seemed old. Had a skin on the top after reheating. Wouldn't recommend that meal, especially for children. Overall for $80ish, decent amount of food for a few days for 4 people. I look forward to trying some other dishes but I'm not blown away and would give it a "meh". Gonna try a few other local spots for comparison but so far my search for a reliable, healthy, homemade ready to go meal place is still afoot.

Unfortunately the food didn't hit as hard as I was expecting but it was still good. My mom ordered a salad which it looks like they pull from the premade section upfront. her carrots were moldy so we ended up splitting my dish. the girl working at the counter gave me a free dessert which was so kind of her. i got the soul bowl. fried artichokes, mac n cheese, collards, sweet potato, and coleslaw. The fried artichokes were good and a cool concept. The collards desperately needed some seasoning/salt but the slaw was realllllly good. the banana pudding was good but the whip cream was little too salty. at the end of the day I will always support an all vegan restaurant but I do not think chive would be my first choice in the future. I am open to trying other items though.

I tried it when I myself was vegan, but even now as a non-vegan, I often find myself craving it. I first discovered Chive Kitchen at a VegMichigan event where Chive Kitchen's head chef & founder, Susie Silvestre, was doing a cooking demo of their chili. Surprisingly, my favorite dish at Chive Kitchen to this day is their Michigan chili. I've personally always hated chili and was very hesitant to try Chive Kitchen's, but the moment I did, I was transformed. Their chili is one of the most delicious things I've ever tasted & ever since then, I've tried to try other place's chilis as well & they all fall SO short. I highly recommend you try a cup of this the next time you dine at Chive Kitchen. It's so scrumptious & I even brought it with me on several camping trips to heat over the campfire on colder events, which really hit the spot. I don't understand how they do it, but the food is so incredible here! They take making food to a whole new level. I really want to encourage everyone, whether you are or aren't vegan, to leave any qualms & whatever prior (mis)conceptions you have about vegan food at the door, & try this place because you really shouldn't knock it until you've tried it. Chive Kitchen is always doing special events as well & incorporating new & tasty dishes into their menu on a rolling basis. Every time I place an order here, I see new items on the menu that sound so good, I salivate just reading the description or seeing the pictures. Honestly, after writing this review, I'm craving Chive Kitchen again & will probably be placing an order online immediately after this. :)

We tried a few caterer tastings and as soon as we met Kenny and Rachel and had our tasting, we were sold. Skosh created a truly unique menu based on our likes and dislikes, and then helped us to fit that menu into our budget. They were even willing to do milkshakes for dessert with us! They were also so easy to work with and were really fast with communication. I also appreciated their flexibility and their help with planning. I personally have some food allergies/dietary restrictions, and they were able to make the whole menu accommodate this, as well as accommodating guest restrictions. We had RAVE reviews from our guests. At the wedding, people were telling myself and my parents "Best wedding food ever. This is delicious. I'm stuffed." After the wedding, multiple people reached out to say they loved the food, that it tasted amazing and they appreciate the variety. I even had a few future brides reach out for their information because they want to use Skosh for their weddings. If you need a caterer for anything, please, please use Skosh!! I was suggested to look into their cups or Char-cutie-cups. They only have cups that includes skewers. It's filled with hummus on the bottom, includes two skewers: berries and meat, crackers. They are about $9 or more a piece, depends on what items are on the skewers. $9 per cup was a little more than we're looking for and not quite the food content we were wanting either at that price either. Not looking for any hummus at all, want to keep it meat and cheese and maybe grapes or fruits. I was told to check out picks online, what I saw online, wasn't what we were looking for, but I imagine they would cater to our needs, price may just go up if we want nicer meats or cheeses or other fruits too. I need something for a group of folks that have a dislike of germs, so this individual cup with skewers would be perfect, but definitely more expensive per person than a charcuterie board would be for the size group of guests. Additionally, we were told the first 5 miles of delivery is included, every mile after that is two dollars a mile. Decided not to proceed this time around, maybe for a smaller / intimate and family gig, but not for an open house to a bunch of people we don't know.
