They were some of the sweetest ladies I have even encountered at banquet hall. Polite as can be and effectively getting their work done without looking stressed. I loved seeing their genuine kindness and their hard work married together seamlessly. They got their job done all the while being super nice every step of the way. My kids don't drink pop and the bartender offered me both lemonade and iced tea for them. When she saw me smile she offered to make them Arnold Palmers which was spot on because we were there for a golf tournament luncheon. She knew it was a golf event so she said thought that would be fitting and that's my kiddos favorite. It was so sweet of her to offer to make them and she also made them perfect! The food was superb. So many of my favorites and everything was delicious. The salad and rolls were top notch and everything that followed just had to make it onto my plate :) Breaded chicken with choices of alfredo or marsala sauce, great pasta choices, perfect green beans. Some of the best buffet food I have ever enjoyed. The ambience was perfect for a banquet hall. I will be recommending this little gem to everyone. You should book now before everyone I know gets their name on the books. Kudos to the chefs, staff, and owners for putting together such a stellar venue for all kinds of events. It was an overall hole-in-one event!!!

My family, especially my picky husband, was impressed with the buffet. Usually not a favorite for us. Additionally, I had noted gluten free for an allergy, they were more than accommodating, and bent over backwards and prepared a lovely chicken entree for me. Their salad dressing was homemade, vegetarian, gluten free, and just very good. Very nice hall, and very good staff. I believe it was the floor manager or the manager, went above and beyond for dietary restriction. Truly appreciated it. Very pleasantly surprised.

I hired Crown Party Rental for my outdoor wedding in August of 2012. The staff were extremely…read morepolite and thorough, both over the phone and in person (I dealt almost exclusively with Dana). The prices were reasonable and their set-up and break-down crews were punctual and efficient. The tent was absolutely beautiful and the tables, chairs and bar were sturdy. The bar wasn't much to look at, but was served its purpose very well. We used 2 40-light gold chandeliers (on dimmers, as they can get very bright) to light our 40' x 80' tent and they cast a gorgeous glow throughout the entire reception. The staff were wonderful at narrowing down the perfect floor plan for the tent, including a perfectly sized dance floor and plenty of space for natural movement within the tent. I do not recommend the catering company that they often work with (Faulkner's Catering), which I have reviewed separately. I went through the caterer for my linens, but in hindsight, I would go through Crown Party Rental for my linens as well as the tent and furniture. In short, I recommend this company highly and encourage anyone hosting an outdoor event to contact them for an estimate. Note: this company has since changed its name to Crown Party Rental and is now located at 3300 Lapeer Rd, Port Huron, MI 48060.

My client gave me the carry out menu from this place, which appears to change on a daily basis. I went with what they call the Polish plate, which included a gigantic portion of Polish sausage, and five delicious spinach and pierogis. It was absolutely wonderful, I can highly recommend this place to anybody!

This is a small take-out only spot for BBQ but there is VERY BIG flavor coming out of here! Right away the aroma greets you... and then your eyes are drawn to the display case filled with Armadillo eggs, deviled eggs, meat and cheese, sauces, jerky and desserts. We decided to get a variety of everything our first time here. All the meats were smoked to perfection from the wings... to the ribs... to the brisket... to the sausage... to the pulled pork. Did I mention we tried it all!! The sides options covered everything you would find in a sit down place and then some: collard greens, baked beans, red skin potato salad, green bean casserole, mac and cheese and slaw. We liked the potato salad, green bean casserole and sweet and spicy collard greens the most. We are absolutely stuffed and will have to try the pineapple upside down cake later. I'm pretty sure that it will be "the icing on the cake" to this delicious meal. We'll be back... soon.

(Im writing a review on my friends account....)…read more I am port huron born and raised... I visited my hometown for my birthday. I was there with FAMILY and FRIENDS! Mind you I am a manager in the restaurant industry.. I understand it gets busy.... VERY busy at times. We forget and make mistakes at times... My bartender MATT was so caught up serving his regulars that he forgot I existed... I stayed patient.... Very patient..... so much so that the new customers being served were telling him that I had been there before they were.... I have been to wrigleys center before.. but when I'm first at the rail, and my sister, father, cousin, friend, girlfriend, etc.. gets served before me...(WHEN I HAVE BEEN SITTING THERE BEFORE ANY OF THEM) it's upsetting to most... I speak up to MATT... and say, " Sir, I've been waiting 25 minutes plus.. what's going on?,". And in response he replies, " you act like everybody here hasn't been waiting the same amount of time..,". And he walks away.. I don't want to seem needy or conceited. But rotation is ROTATION! You have a SECTION of the BAR you're supposed to SERVE. I watched this bartender serve my aunt, because she called his name a million times, I watched him serve his friends from outside of work... I watched him WALK PAST ME to serve another woman who walked up 15 minutes after me.... Even she was questionable about why he did something like that... he says in response, "OH!....I am getting them next!". HE NEVER DID..... Listen people , .....MATT from Wrigleys ------ Is one of the most irresponsible//arrogant bartenders I have ever met.... It took my cousin (who is a local to the bar) to get my drink immediately.... And even then, he did not get my drink right... I asked for a whiskey//soda water.... PLEASE TELL ME WHY HE SERVED ME AH WHISKEY REDBULL!!?!!!?? I would totally understand if he had OTHER CUSTOMERS at this point... but I was one three people at the rail that had not been served at this point.... REGARDLESS!!!! This type of work ethic is disappointing... I am not looking for perfection, I AM NOT looking for quickness, SHIT, NOBODY IS PERFECT..... EVERY BODY SCREWS UP... BUTTTTT... To mess up your own ROTATION??? So much so that other bartenders have to start taking your section???? THATS AWFUL... Matt... I really hope you were just having an off day.. so disappointed!!!!
