HORRIBLE. DREADFUL. AWFUL…read more I rarely write reviews on yelp but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had regarding any service I have ever paid for. I gave this joker my laptop a month ago he said it would be done in a few weeks. I never heard anything from him. Finally decided to check in the store and see what was up the guy said he didn't know where the laptop was. Basically told me to get out and he'll find it. I call the store the next day he says he found it and it will be done today. I call back same day he says oh tomorrow. Basically he continued to BS me over and over until I finally went to the store and said I'm not leaving without my laptop. He said he didn't know where it was and that he had looked everywhere and couldn't find it. I started looking around the store and immediately found it haphazardly discarded on a shelf in his messy store. So basically he took my money 1 month ago, through the laptop on his shelf and never touched it again. Also he lost my charger so he gave me a random one he just found. Please don't give any business to this guy. He is a clown and a scammer. It's like an experiment where a homeless drug addict is given a computer store to run. Ridiculous.

When I set up my computer at home I discovered he had forgotten to load an internet browser. Had to drive computer back to store so he could load. I was running Windows 10; he upgraded to Windows 11 without telling me. My old Quicken software wouldn't run with 11, so I had to buy new Quicken software. He set me up with a subscription to Windows 365 using my credit card info (from when I paid him for the repair) without asking me or notifying me. It was a free trial and I was able to cancel the subscription, but he should have asked before using my credit card!
