They then proceeded to tell me that I had to reschedule. I could not fill that out on the computer because I did not have my insurance information. It wouldn't let me go any further so they refused my services. With pain of sciatica of five days I wouldn't recommend these people to my ex mother-in-law. !!!

I don't know exactly how he does it but I'm usually in and out of the office in under 10 minutes and he somehow manages to go to all the tough spots that are really locked up in my neck, lower back and through my whole body.
