When black mold forced our sudden evacuation, Brodie and Russell selflessly helped move our belongings to a temporary apartment - on a cold, rainy Sunday beyond regular hours! Their dedication warmed our hearts. We didn't know where we were going to spend Xmas, but Brodie and Russell even moved our presents to the temporary housing so our nine month old infant could have a warm and safe first Xmas. They saved the day! Abbea in maintenance meticulously addressed the issue, explaining Pimlico's thorough solution: installing new windows in our bedroom - her transparency reassured us. Amanda and Terri in the front office provided efficient, friendly support throughout. Pimlico Apartments' compassionate response turned a stressful ordeal into a testament of their outstanding character - highly recommend.

They put in my address wrong and the check for the screen door bounced back then they sent me on a wild goose chase around Pullman trying to find where to pick the check up from. I was told two different locations and then told to wait 30 minutes because the manager with my check was not actually where they said she was and ended up returning to the location I was at in the first place. Like I don't have things to do ?!!! They are the ones who told me I could come pick it up and they are the ones who messed up the address in the first place. Terrible.

I just moved to Pullman at the end of May and pounded the pavement looking for a place for myself…read moreand my 2 children to move into. I too, had read the reviews about DRA and as a result, honestly, continued stepping around their properties as a result. However, the properties I kept finding, that I liked and could afford, were handled by this agency. I am 42 years old, and have actually worked within the property management field, bracing myself, I entered into their delightful office. (converted pullman railroad car at Pufferbelly Station) Their office was VERY, very busy, and I noticed right away (as my 22 yr old daughter attends Boise State) that I could have given birth to just about every one of the clients they had in their office. It was the end of the semester and 75% of the students are on their way home for summer. This being said, it afforded me the unique opportunity to sit back and quietly observe the 3 woman (whose desks are staggered one behind the other, the last one belonging to the owner) that run DRA, and how they were handling their very bust office full of students. Just about EVERY one of these kids were questioning their money paid/owed, deposits, damages etc.. I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with the patience and professionalism of EVERY one of these woman as they very quickly exchanging information through the chain of command as they fielded these students and their MANY questions. I saw checks handed out, confusions corrected, and happy kids on their way in and out. When it was my turn, I gave the address to the rental I wanted to view, the Woman just handed me the keys with a smile, I signed a paper, and off I went. I was THRILLED with the place, honestly, it was cozy, clean, new carpets, well designed, good location, yard etc.. I went back in, filled out my paperwork, exchanged money and was out the door!!!! They had given me my own walk through papers to do, and as I have been in property management, I know how important it is to be THOROUGH. Which I certainly was. I dropped the walk through papers in their night box, and they had a crew sent by 10am the next morning to address the issues had found!!! The maintain the 6 plex I live in beautifully and regularly. I believe that these reviews are due to the HUGE amount of young students that represent the majority of their clientele base, and a woman named Layla who used to work there, but no longer does. I highly recommend DRA to anyone considering living in Pullman. Erin G.

Terrible place to rent, they only care about themselves and their money. I called multiple times…read moreabout getting a bee and hornets nest removed from the front of the house and they never showed up. They entered our unit to "clean" before the lease was up, they left trash from the freezer in one of our personal belongs for it to melt and mold. Not to mention they stole cleaning supplies and a bicycle that was inside of the unit. Mind you the unit was not completely empty as it still had furniture inside. If you are gonna take stuff from a "vacant" unit, make sure to take everything next time. We still had our unit keys at that point, meaning that we were in-fact not completely moved out. Don't rent with DRA.

With views of large portions of Pullman, being on the top floor and with rent as cheap as it was, I felt it was probably the best deal I ever got during my time as a student. What motivated me to finally write a review, however, was calling them out of the blue today, more than 3 years since I was last in school and 4 years since I was a tenant. I was in the need for a reference for a new place I am trying to get in Fremont but could not remember the address. When I told them my name, they remembered me and where I lived! That conversation was way more pleasant and way quicker than I every thought it would take. Unlike a lot of the other property managers in Pullman, these guys are on the straight and narrow, they seem to have good properties and take care of their tenants. If I return for grad school, I will happily return to Summit Realty for a rental and highly recommend anyone reading this to pursue property through them as well.

They respond quickly to my emails and phone calls. I've actually never had an issue. They are always polite when i go in or call them. There have been a couple of times I've had to call the emergency line, and they have always answered by the second ring. And have people out asap, even on the weekends when needed. Hands down the best company i have rented from in years. Any move out charges they have are listed in their lease agreements and they urge you to take your time reading the lease before signing and asking questions to ensure you fully understand what you are signing. (At least this was my experience, and i fully read and ask questions, likely the same ones, each year) The staff has been very understanding and helpful to me. Literally everything is in the lease and they discuss it with you before you sign the lease.

Absolutely absurd - do NOT rent from Heritage.

I lived in two different properties rented by them, and while they weren't the most modern of places they were way better than DRA or Helenes by 10 fold. They also don't nickle and dime you to death on your deposit like the aforementioned competitors. Any complaints or maintenance was dealt with immediately (from my downstairs neighbors smoking so much it was filling up my bathroom with smoke, to the water heater breaking, both were taken care of in less than 24 hours). There isn't much parking but its more than most places in pullman offer other than "apartment land"! I feel bad about the people complaining she has her own spot reserved, but she has a child with her and she works there so I don't see why she shouldn't have one! All their locations are also very affordable considering how close to campus they are. Overall, I would definitely continue to rent from them if I had not graduated and moved away from Pullman. The only reason I took a star off is due to the poor maintenance of the washers and dryers in the main complex.

Our electronics are always shorting out because of the shoddy wiring. The parking is literately non existent, and the manager is on a power trip threatening to tow the cars of tenants just so she has a parking space. The laundry room has around 4 washers and 4 dryers only half of which are working at any given moment if you are lucky. The water system is old and when you run the faucets the water comes out yellow. You can find much better apartments around town, do not get stuck in this dump.
