So unprofessional, was so afraid to say no sorry the late payments is a problem, she said um we will let you know because we don't tolerate late rent at all. So rude ! They should lower their criteria for renting an apartment and their old outdated broken down apartment complex, so happy we dodged this bullet!!! It's one of the worse living conditions, SPECIALLY customer service I have ever experienced!!! when I first moved in there was mold seem like they just painted over it then within time it showed everywhere!!! Took forever to get them to clean it up properly...I had to get the city involved because they weren't not doing anything about it.. this there type of customer service you will get here... THE WORST ITS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THE STAFF DOSENT HELP THAT THEY ARE RELATED THEY ARE UNRESPONSIVE, THEY ALL HAVE A ATTITUDE ALL THE TIME, OFTEN COMING ACROSS AS ANNOYING BY MY INQUIRIES.. The old maintenance crew was overwhelmed and did not get to everything in a timely manner but when the new crew started they addressed my ac unit going out and got it replaced pretty quickly. I submitted a $200 money order, of which $100 was meant as a holding deposit. Despite this, the full amount was processed without approval, and I was given conflicting refund timelines after canceling (first 48-72 hours, then 7-10 business days). When I questioned this, I was spoken to condescendingly, told to "calm down," and passed between staff -- even though I have a photo of my application with "NO APP FEES" circled in writing by their own agent, Anthony. If they do not resolve this professionally, I will be escalating to Consumer Affairs, HUD, the CA Department of Real Estate, and Small Claims Court. I wanted to believe this was an honest mistake, but it now feels like a serious mishandling of funds and trust. I do not recommend applying here without getting every promise in writing -- and double-checking what they do with your money.

This review is a long time coming. We've sat on these complaints for a month…read more Very frustrated with how conflict gets "handled" We were informed by Jennifer at the Leasing Office that we are allowed to park in any numbered spot as long as we have a parking permit displayed. Both my boyfriend and I heard this statement clearly. I had also repeated this question at least three times to clarify, and her answer was always the same We were towed for unknowingly parking in someone's assigned numbered spot, which we had been misinformed about, as we NEVER would have parked in anyone's spot and risked getting towed if we knew the numbered spots were assigned (which we were told by the STAFF that they were NOT assigned) Talked to the property manager and were told we "misunderstood" multiple times (when really, their employee misspoke), even though the property manager hadn't been there for the conversation when her employee told us we could park anywhere. We didn't receive any sort of apology for the misinformation that cost us $700, as they wouldn't take accountability. She said she called the towing agency owner but he was on vacation. This was exactly a month ago, and she never followed up with the owner It also felt a little insulting that she said she'll simply send out an email to prevent this from happening to other tenants, and basically there's nothing they can do for us and we are the "learning example" At the end, she asked if there's anything I could do about my negative review. This last request showed that they don't seem to care how us tenants feel, and only how we portray them to others, as my concerns were hardly addressed but they wanted me to take down or edit my review Around the same time, we asked them to address the mountain of rotting food trash next to our parking spot. Unsure if it belongs to the owner of the parking spot next to ours, or the previous owner of our parking spot, so we asked the leasing office to check on it. Jennifer said she will send someone to have a look. Again, a whole month passes without a follow-up. The contents are getting more disgusting and unsightly every day Previously, the property manager was upset that I said nobody is ever inside the leasing office, picking up phone calls, nor responding to emails even during office hours a majority of the time. She claimed this was not true and implied I was coming in during lunch breaks, which I clarified I tried to come in for help ranging from 10am to 5pm, multiple times On the other hand, the maintenance team and various contract workers are always extremely helpful, wonderful, and sweet!

After moving away for a few years, I ended up coming back before eventually moving on again. One thing I always appreciated about living there was how affordable it was compared to many other places in the area. It made it possible to have a comfortable place to live without feeling overwhelmed by the cost. The staff was also consistently friendly and helpful. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, they were approachable and made the experience of living there a positive one. Overall, I had a good experience during the time I lived there. It was a great first apartment and a place I was happy to return to for a while.

I wasn't going to write a review until I got an email today of my detailed final bill and pathetic…read morerefund. Just want people to know what they're getting into moving in here. Let me first start off with saying that moving into this complex was very difficult, was set to move into a specific unit then all the sudden the unit was unavailable for a remodel, should of known right then not to proceed forward. Finally get moved in, this was is in Nov of last year everything was great till summer. My unit was next to the pool. All summer long there was people in there till sometimes 2am drinking smoking weed laughing screaming etc. I was actually threatened by someone in the pool area 2x that wasn't even a resident there, he orders me to come down so he could kick my a** all cause I yelled at them to keep it down. Screaming and yelling till all hours of the night. Pool closes at 10pm but the gate is left WIDE open for everyone to stroll in. Called the "apartment security" at least 8x over the summer they're an absolute joke! They actually told me that they don't really come out for that so I had to call the police at least 3x to file a report. Called management I don't even know how many times and they said " they'll look into it" of course nothing was done. The other pool that I have to walk by to get my mail was full of people drinking and smoking pot. Not a desirable place to go for a swim. I'm all about having a good time but come on letting people party till 2am is ridiculous. We as tenants are held accountable why can't they enforce there own rules especially for people drinking at the pool till 2am!! I'd wake up and the pool area would be trashed! Another stressful thing they recently have done is they brought in a towing company that are like hawks literally there waiting to tow people. I leave for work at 3am and there they are waiting. I watched them tow 3 peoples cars cause they were literally a few inches over the red parked on the sides of the entrance ways. They even towed some poor older lady that was just trying to unload her groceries. That to me is just wrong. How desperate is this complex for money that they have to bring in a tow company! Not to mention the problem with the pool, but directly outside the pool people were bbqing till all hours playing music so loud I couldn't sleep. It's a free for all there. Office staff...never answer and the office is closed more than it's open. Final thing I just received an email with a detailed statement of things they charged me for a month after I moved out! So the 500 security deposit I was supposed to receive this month I'm getting a 157 bucks back haha what a joke. So if you move in be prepared to not get much of your deposit back and be billed for things after you move out! Good luck! Wish I never moved in! Only good thing about this complex is that the units are nice with minimal problems and the complex its self is nice with lots of beautiful trees. Gym is permanently closed thats what the sign said when I moved out last month. Valeri the office manager is very sweet and helpful. So if you move in make sure it's not by a pool cause you'll be up all night!
