This place has LOTS of potential. When you drive up, there is garbage (cups lying around), and the…read moresmoking section is right by the FRONT door. Check in, the lady had very little personality and she almost seemed put out. WOW! The room we got (we travelled with our pet dog), was very clean and comfortable and had very good soaps and shampoos and coffee. Grounds in the front were somewhat well kept (some decent sized weeds), and then walking around the back facing the back, which is still visible from rooms or driving by, weeds that were 2-4 feet tall, easy. There seems to be a bit of pride missing, and this was perhaps the most unkept Tribal-ran hotel I had stayed out. Lots of potential, they just have to want to get it to the next level. I would stay there based on room being clean and the cost of the room.

We had to run home really fast to grab more money, coming to find out we only had coins so we called and it was her ! Best customer service ! Saying we could bring them ! Saying "absolutely" which hearing that was awesome ! I wish I got her name but if she's still there tonight I will comment underneath this, then last thing we came in with our coin rolls and she was so fast, like I said best customer service and just the sweetest. Helped us get in and out, and gave us change for the coins as well! Wanting to help US, she made my day and even my week, we need more people like her working in customer service ! I've been here before, but she stood out, helpful, amazing attitude, and just great work ethic, I hope she stays here longer ! Again she's awesome ! Date is May 5, 2023
