A Deep Thank You to Jerry's Flowers in Riverton, WY I want to extend my deepest gratitude to Jerry's Flowers for their compassion, generosity, and incredible craftsmanship during one of the hardest times of my life. I had ordered a Cremation Adornment arrangement for my granddaughter's service from another local flower shop (Lander), and when it arrived, it was awful--truly not what my sweet Madison deserved. I brought it to Jerry's Flowers, and Jerry himself stepped in to help. He didn't just fix it--he redid nearly the entire arrangement, adding flowers and transforming it into something beautiful and worthy of her memory. To make things even easier on me, Jerry kept the flowers in his cooler overnight (since her service was on a Sunday) and met me at his shop the next morning so everything was perfect. Thanks to him, the arrangement was stunning--everyone commented on how beautiful it was. I will never again use any other local flower shop. Ordered flowers for my nephews funeral. The arrangement was suppose to be chrysanthemums and white button poms, with blue ribbon, and a white plush teddy. Instead I got wilted carnations, a cheap white teddy, and blue stained leaves. I called the owner regarding the change. He told me that carnations are a more expensive flower than chrysanthemums and the poms. He said that he paid $2.60 for each carnation. He told me that the carnations were fresh in from Denver and because of winter he could not get other flowers. (He did not call me regarding this change.) He told me that part of the cost of the $200 arrangement came from the metal frame that held the flowers in the heart shape. We returned the frame and did not get compensated. What I received is not what I ordered. There was no acknowledgment for the lower quality arrangement and he hung up on me when I questioned him about this. This arrangement was for a funeral and you expect the best. I highly disappointed. read more
