We stopped in here because she needed another chair for her dining set that she purchased from here many moons back. We looked around the store at all the dining sets and found one that was somewhat similar to the one she bought from this store a few years back. A staff member came up to help us and she explained her quandary. The salesguy knew EXACTLY what set she purchased and said he needed to look in the back room for a sec. So, right then & there, I was impressed. I live in Minneapolis and am not used to this level of service. Stores at home cycle through merchandise so fast that it'd be impossible to find another chair after many years. The dude came back, no dice. But he directed us to follow him into anohter area of the back room while he looked. He actually LET US IN the backroom! How cool! Back at home, that would never happen, mostly for safety/insurance purposes. But again, no dice. Finally, he had one last option. A trailer outside held some of their older furniture, so he invited us to go outside with him to check it out. We actually got to go in the trailer with him and look around...and BINGO! There was the chair. How cool! She bought it (he gave her a discount) and he helped us load it into the car (she's a senior citizen, but it's not like *I* couldn't have lifted it). But it was a nice touch. I would totally shop here if I lived nearby. What service!

If you're wanting someone to look down their nose at you and follow you around while you're trying to sort through the hodge-podge of merchandise and then have them be shocked you don't want to drop double the price of a normal store on their stuff then oh yeah, by all means, shop here. Maybe the usual tourists fall for that. On a positive note, I was the only person darkening their door so the store wasn't crowded with people, just crowded by the rude sales woman - wonder why?

Took my payment over the phone, and I was able to make arrangements to have it picked up since I live 30 miles away in Riverton.,

I spoke with several people at the Pharmacy, all of whom were very polite, including the Pharmacist Nina. I was hoping to have some OTC meds set aside for a relative attending the NOLS WEMT course and Nina was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating - walking me through what meds might be needed based on various symptoms, allowing me to pay for the meds over the phone, and making arrangements to set them aside for pick up. If you have any Pharmacy needs while in Lander, I urge you to go to Palace Pharmacy. Their customer service cannot be beat!
