After I moved to another state, I tried to cancel my account with Union Wireless. Customer service…read morerep told me she would do it for us and reassured me that is now cancelled. Three months later, i find out my account is still active and I'm still being charged for it. Manager refused to give me a refund and makes up a lousy excuse that I was supposed to call them again (even though i was never told that in the first place) and they tried to call me on a phone number that they know is no longer valid. This company is a scam.
