Complaints? Hard to get appointment because he was so booked up, but that's because he does good work. Also, I would have preferred to be able to pay my bill either right away with a credit card (even with a 3% surcharge) or when I received the bill, to pay online directly. Only way to pay was by writing a check unless I phoned the office which I never thought to do. But excellent quick and efficient work so I really can't complain.
