This is absolutely the best barber in town. That is if you are not looking for anything fancy, just a straight up haircut. But the lady that operates this shop goes over every detail of your haircut. No gimmicks here, no young novice trying something new! She is very experienced! Strongly recommend!! read more

Love this barbershop! Military friendly, decent pricing, clean shop and great customer service! High quality haircuts and very professional and friendly. I've been to a couple of other shops, but this is now my go-to since the first time I took my 7 year old here. From what I've seen, there are a lot of regulars who come here. read more

I've been going to this barber for over two years and let me tell you, one of the most reliable and consistent barbers I've ever had. Cathy is the owner of the shop and does a great job of cutting hair. I'm in and out in about 15-20 minutes. And the prices aren't too bad either! I've recommended this place to all my friends and people in the military, which by the way, if you are active duty, you get yours for a discounted price! So if you're in the area, or just passing by and need a quick haircut, definitely come to her shop and you will be happy with the results read more

My kind of barbershop. Good service at a reasonable price. No frills or gimmicks being peddled. In n out.

I have been cutting my own hair for about 11 years. I refused to pay $20-$25 plus tip for a haircut. But in the past two years, I have lost a majority of my vision as a result of a disability. I tried several different methods in order to continue cutting my own hair. Unfortunately, I would end up with a crappy haircuts. I tried a couple of barbershops and found many similarities I wasn't personally a fan: long wait times, expensive, and unprofessional. I was ready to start using a 1 guard and be done with it, until I found Kathy.  I read a couple of good reviews and according to these reviews she took her time to produce a good outcome and her prices were not exaggerated. I gave Kathy a visit and have been for a couple of months now. I have been nothing but pleased every single time Kathy has cut my hair. I came to find out she has several years of experience cutting several different styles of hair (casual to military). She is an old-school/badass chick who is direct (probably why some people say she needs to work on her customer service) and takes much pride in her work. There is no doubt that she will take the extra time to make sure your cut is perfect. I'm glad to say that I have become a regular. To anyone looking for a good haircut for a good price and no bs, come visit Kathy and her other barbers! read more

Kathy is a few steps above the normal barber, she is a real artist for hair who really loves her work. She takes her time, never rushes a cut. Attention to detail is her real concern. Highly recommend Winchester Barbers. Jersey read more

Kathy is a really skilled barber and gives great flat tops and razor cuts. As you can see from the other reviews that people really like her and for good reason. Thankfully the other barber that she worked with left--he was a total jerk and was horrible. Kathy now owns the shop and I couldn't be happier! Don't make the mistake of going to the barber across the street. She may have several people waiting, but she works fast and it is worth it. read more

Do NOT come here. This place gave my son the worst haircut ever. Inconsistent and lacks the skills and knowledge to be cutting hair. I have never been so disappointed with a business where I needed to write a bad review. Money was wasted here, but never again! *Pictures upon request* read more

By for the best barber I've been to in the 10 years I've lived in Temecula. The prices are great, $10 for men & boys and $9 for seniors. They take care of the small details such as eyebrows, tapering sideburns and so on like barber shops used to. Make sure to bring cash, no credit here. read more

A great place to get a haircut. Kathy is awesome and knows her customers by name and if your someone like me who gets the same haircut each time, she knows what you need. Alot of the other places want to put you into a computer, gatheringvall your personal information and have you check in each time, I felt very much like just a number. With Kathy its more like walking into a friends place. read more

Kathy is an awesome Barber. Great at cutting short hair--she has a lot of loyal clients from Camp Pendleton and local law enforcement. Unlike other shops, she know how to cut a killer flat top. Polite, courteous, quick and none of that political bs you get from other barbers. read more

Time for an updated post on this shop. I moved here about a year and a half ago and have tried a number of barbershops that seem to be more custom oriented, but I just wanted a fairly simple tapered, low reg cut which none of these barber/stylists could seem to get a grasp of. I have a birthmark on the side of my head which I like to keep covered, it is above the low reg cut. This was like a foreign thing to them, and always left more hair than needed because they said they couldn't take that much off and keep my mark covered. I have been getting my hair cut for going on sixteen years like this and have never had a problem. I think they just wanted me back more often. After leaving all of these high priced barber shops I was really never quite happy with my cut, they were just ok. Not to mention they take way to long to cut your hair, to high priced, and always seemed unsure of what they were doing when it came to the way I wanted my hair cut. Now this barber shop is another story, and depending on where you live worth the drive in my opinion. Like I perviously said I have been getting my hair cut like this for going on sixteen years at my previous place of residence, and am retired from the military before that, so I know a good value, a good barber, and a good shop when I find one. THIS IS IT! No fancy chairs or couches, just your basic chairs lined against the wall with a magazine rack in the middle, a couple older tv's hanging in the corners, and a line of barber chairs and long mirror in front of you. What else do you need? A barber you might say, well they have that too. If experience is on your mind, no worries! I was lucky enough to get Deanna, who happens to come with seventeen years of experience. Not only does she have experience, she has been at this same shop the entire time. She loves her job, and the owner of the shop, that says something in my book. I explained to Deanna they way I wanted my hair, showed her the mark and asked her to do her best to keep it covered, low reg, 1/2 in off the top, but not to much or it will just stick up. From that description she put her expertise to work, and low and behold, a short time later, I have found my person! PERFECT CUT! The best cut I have received sine being in the area. I was pleased with the cut when I left, I did not feel nervous at any time while getting my cut, and today I still am pleased and feel it is the best cut I have had to date. Did I mention it was only $12!!! Bonus!!! I like to tip well for a good cut, and with a $12 cut leaving the remaining eight is well worth it. I would definitely recommend Deanna for your barbering needs. Cash is king, no cards! I like that in this kind of establishment. read more

My 4 years old son and I used to go there for years, but one day she told me that she wasn't going to get my kid haircut cuz he moves a lot. But the way she said it was so rude. So unprofessional. So my son said dad let's not go there anymore. And too expensive I found a better barber shop way cheaper and even better service. read more
