Well. This is the only barbershop in a Military town I've ever heard of that requires an appointment. Walked in with my son at 1100 and there's two women working, one customer and us. They told us they can get to us until 1230. WTF over? Checked their page before I went, "by appointment only?" No. The lady at the counter told me they pretty much go by appointment only. Finally found THE place for a great haircut! Rachel did such an outstanding job on my husband's haircut. He's an old guy but still has his hair and doesn't want one of those "old guy clipper cuts!" Since his previous haircut gal left the area he's been really frustrated with the poor cuts he's been getting at the local barber shops Well, no more complaints since he went to Rachel...she knows how to cut hair!!! FANTASTIC! Attitude and atmosphere was great and my haircut is even better! I scheduled an appointment last minute and then arrived 15 min early and they took me right away. The place is not frilly it's functional and fun and that's the first thing I noticed. The ladies made me feel right at home. Rachel cut my hair and she was so sweet and kind and made it a very relaxing process (as it should be!) she clipped my hair exactly how I wanted it with no pushing to do other styles or anything and then shampooed it with a small scalp massage at the end. How much was it? 16$ how can you beat that! I certainly tipped and got her card. This is my new go to place. I've been living in Wildomar for about 4yrs now and nobody could just give me a decent hair cut, I used to drive to Pomona witch is an hour away so 2hrs of driving just for a good cut, but my girlfriend talked me into looking around here one more time and randomly I choose The Men's Room for one reason they have been there about 20 years so I'm so happy I came in I was greeted with a friendly hello by Darla now they prefer you make an appointment but she was able to take me in just 30 minutes later well worth the wait so happy finally to find someone who knows what I like so as long as I live down here and she's around this is my new place. I've been going here for about 6 months (my boss recommended Men's Room to me) or so as I finally decided I needed to break the cycle of $35-$40 men's haircuts at local salons in Murrieta/ Temecula. You can get in and out here for about $20 (including tip) which is a great value - plus I'm usually outta there in 30 min's which is a + as well. The owner, Darla, is great - great attitude and friendly environment. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great haircut at an affordable price.
