I arrived on a Sunday at 1pm to get my son a haircut and as we entered the Barber shop there were 5 barbers. Not a single one acknowledged us or said hi. It takes a combined effort to provide this type of Horrendous customer service. I sat there for 10 minutes listening to racially vulgar conversations. One barber was not servicing anyone but he surely was invested in the low IQ debate. Obviously, they prefer cash instead of card and after the phone rang for several times one barber asked if someone was going to answer. This is not just poor service it is a monumental failure of human effort. read more

Honestly, this would be a one star review if Tremaine was not the nicest guy ever. He really is. That being said, this was by far the worst barber/ shaving experience I have ever had. Went in for a hot towel razor head shave and a beard trim and left with irritation and numerous cuts on my head, with one of them being deep. Can't imagine what would have happened if it was a straight razor instead of a safety razor. The foil shaver he used got a closer than the safety razors that were used. I would have just razored it at home, but now I can't because of all the nicks and the cut. While showering to get the stypic powder off that he used to stop the bleeding, it started bleeding again right away. Had to hold pressure and clean the rest of the powder with alcohol. I really wished this was going to be a pleasant barber experience as I wanted to treat myself for my birthday, but it ended being the worst mistake. I am so disappointed that I am starting my family vacation in with cuts all over my head. Worst part is that he wasn't even able to shave my head smooth and left unshaved areas behind both ears. read more

Located where the old super cuts used to be next to the donut shop and European Wax. My husband has tried quite a few places over the past decade and when this place opened up he declared he found his barber finally. The owner and staff are polite and according to hubby and son they listen to you. They also know what they are doing when it comes to barbering! I like that they have a nice setup with a table that kids can play some games while waiting. They have refreshments and snacks in case you are thirsty or need a quick snack. One time the owner's dad rushed out to give my kids capri suns and chips. That was so sweet! We love how close it is to our home too! read more

I have been here twice, the first time I came the barber was late...not a huge deal. The barber did a great job and was very talkative and great to talk to. I booked another appointment 2 weeks later and when I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment...he had just started cutting someone else's hair. I don't feel that it warrants people to stop going there as I am sure the other barbers there care more about their clients and I see they have a lot of great reviews. The haircut was alright, I got a low skin fade with 1/2 of an inch off the top, but the skin fade did not come out very crisp and the top was unevenly trimmed. However, I do not think this haircut is representative of the barbershop. I scheduled an appointment with Tre at 5:15, however morning of the appointment I got a notification that my barber has changed to Alex. I was fine with this change as all of the barbers on the website seemed very experienced. I get to the shop at 5:10 and check-in with Tre, he says that my haircut will be done by Jeremy. I end up waiting til 5:50 to finally get into Jeremy's chair. There was no mention of "sorry for being behind", however I don't think he realized what time my appointment was for. I believe Jeremy is a barber in training and does not have as much experience as the other barbers. With that being said, I wish I would have gotten told this beforehand and been charged for a haircut at a discounted price because I believe the quality of this haircut does not match the quality of a haircut I would have gotten from any of the other barbers at this shop. read more
