My son and I have sat and been trimmed up by several of The barbers here, including the owner Frank, and everyone is skilled and smooth. We are regulars with Ash and love the way she works! 10/10 would recommend this local barber shop... Including over other local barbers (we've been to four of them in the past). Came in here for a cut 3 barbers and only one customer. 2 barbers not doing anything and says I need to make an appointment. Website clearly states walk ins welcome. What kind of service is that even if you are in between customers you are just standing around at least try and take my money. Horrible Horrible customer service shocking to see 2 guys with no customers and they can't take me in. I will not be returning and taking my business and referrals to old Town barbers. What a complete dissapointment! I called and asked if they took walk ins and the dude on the phone said that they had an opening for an appointment. I was there 10 minutes before my appointment time and I sat there for over 45 minutes waiting for a haircut from a guy that looked like he was on ludes. His customer in the chair seemed to be smiling, but I am not sure if it was because he was happy. Maybe he was afraid to say something. No one said hi or goodbye as I walked out. Needless to say. I do not recommend this barbershop for a couple reasons. The barber who cut my sons hair cut him two separate times. The barber seemed upset and was rough with him. One thing I may suggest when booking, if you book an adult cut it says that a hot towel is included, but the past couple times I went they didn't use a hot towel.
