Absolutely great barber shop here real close to Old Town, Temecula! Maybe a 5-minute walk from the North end of Old Town. Super mellow and laid-back atmosphere with music and video games inside. My son and I have sat and been trimmed up by several of The barbers here, including the owner Frank, and everyone is skilled and smooth. We are regulars with Ash and love the way she works! 10/10 would recommend this local barber shop... Including over other local barbers (we've been to four of them in the past). Tips: You can book directly with the Booksy app and make reservations. Bring cash, they don't take cards here. I'm not sure about everybody, but I know some of the barbers do take venmo. read more

I love this place, they always do such a fantastic job. Plus great conversation and just overall great service.

Came in here for a cut 3 barbers and only one customer. 2 barbers not doing anything and says I need to make an appointment. Website clearly states walk ins welcome. What kind of service is that even if you are in between customers you are just standing around at least try and take my money. Horrible Horrible customer service shocking to see 2 guys with no customers and they can't take me in. I will not be returning and taking my business and referrals to old Town barbers. Old Town barbers closed at 3 went in 3:40 and Nate took me in even after they closed. read more

In town on business and needed a cut. I walked in and the owner of the shop made sure I was taken care of even though they were business with multiple appointments. read more

My first time there and booked with Marlon. Amazing dude! cut my hair gave me a nice medium skin fade with a line up in the front. Loved my haircut. Enjoyed talking to him while getting a cut. Shop is really nice and the other barbers there are cool. Marlon introduced me to the owner Frank. Highly recommended for those looking for a good barbershop, this place is the one. read more

Been to so many barber shops with mid service and this one is by far the best. Had my hair cut by almost all the barbers here and they are all top notch. Place is clean, modern, and nicely decorated with video game merch. Two thumbs up read more

What a complete dissapointment! I called and asked if they took walk ins and the dude on the phone said that they had an opening for an appointment. I was there 10 minutes before my appointment time and I sat there for over 45 minutes waiting for a haircut from a guy that looked like he was on ludes. His customer in the chair seemed to be smiling, but I am not sure if it was because he was happy. Maybe he was afraid to say something. No one said hi or goodbye as I walked out. Needless to say. I would never recommend this place as it is a testimony of what is becoming acceptable for customer service in our country. It SUCKS! read more

The haircuts are perfect, but the thing about this place is that they honestly legitimately care about their clients. Ya, they joke around with you, but they seriously give a about you. They really want the best for everyone they see. The reason they joke around so much is because it "makes people forget why they were angry, depressed etc." they literally love all clients. Even me and I'm a huge pain in the rear! read more

Went in for a simple low fade got the highest fade of my life, literally it couldn't possibly be higher. Dude couldn't even remember what I asked him and just mumbled I tried to make it low lol what a joke. Seriously never coming back here. Guess I gotta wear a hat for a few weeks, thanks. read more

I do not recommend this barbershop for a couple reasons. The barber who cut my sons hair cut him two separate times. The barber seemed upset and was rough with him. Overall, the fade was lackluster; military base type of work. This is not good. I'm sure this is not indicative of the entire shop but definitely not a good first experience. read more

Out of town and cheated on my local barber. First seat hooked me up, so much that I feel guilty and wanting to plan trips to hook up here. If your a temec local this should be your spot . Good dudes , clean cuts read more

If you're looking for a barbershop; whether you're seeing what's out there or you're tired of your current shop, do not even hesitate to go to Level Up. Everyone is there is skilled! Go see Frank! Go see Will! Go see Danny! They will all hook you up with a clean ass cut I go to Frank and we get experimental with my cuts, so collaborative creativity between us two equates to some Rad Cuts! Anyway, the shop is always clean. The waiting area is comfortable and the shopped is equipped with multiple televisions. Hands down only place I go-to for my cuts out here in Temecula. Thirsty, have a beer while you get a cut. Awesome chill vibe! Oh yea, bring cash it's cash only. Cheers, LM read more

This is a fantastic barber shop. Very nice people who work there especially Blanca (Bonks). She cut my hair and did an outstanding job. She is smart and talented. And for you who might be a little older... They have excellent senior rates. This is my new and permanent barber shop and Blanca will be the one cutting my hair. Thank you!!!! read more

I discovered this place about a month ago, and I love it. They got a pool table, video games and a huge screen that projects movies or sports. Pretty awesome atmosphere and everyone was cool to talk to. Been going to Alexander for my haircut and he does an awesome job and just a generally nice dude. They also have discounts for military which is something I appreciate. read more

We are new to the area. Found Level Up and booked appointments for my boys who are 16 and 11. My 11 year old was a little hesitant because he has been with the same barber since he started getting his haircut, but he came out of there very happy. Thanks to Marlon and Stephen for making my boys feel comfortable and happy with their fresh new cuts. Definitely found our new Barbers. Thanks! read more

Such welcoming staff. So respectful. Love the music they always play and everyone is just chillin while cutting hair. It doesn't even matter what kind of cut you want they'll know what you want. This place is my go to for hair cuts read more

This is second time I've been here. First time was great. Frank hooked it up and my cut was really good. Today I saw someone else. It was dead so I figured I'd be in and out. Well, two hours later and I was finally done. The cut was so-so. The worst of it was, he absolutely butchered my forehead with the straight razor. I couldn't believe how bad it was when I finally went home and took a shower. I can't go back here. Sorry guys.... never again read more

Came in for a haircut today and brought my 2 year old son (who has never had a haircut before). Alex did an amazing job on both of us! He really went above and beyond to make my son comfortable. He was terrified when we first walked in, we didn't think he would let anyone touch his hair. Alex was super patient and made it happen! He even put old Macdonald on the big screen to help him relax and gave him lollipops. Did a great job on both of us, great environment. Highly recommend! read more

If you take covid seriously, do not go here! No one wears a mask in there. They covered up all the windows which I thought it's pretty shady since no one can see what's going on in side. They allowed people to wait inside just like before the pandemic. There were people hanging out inside even though they are not getting a hair cut. I used to go there often but they just lost my business. read more

Walked in for a fade. Three barbers present, two in their own chair. One customer waiting, one in a chair. I was told I would have to have an appointment because they thought their currently late client would be there. Instead of taking me they would rather sit in their chair and collect a paycheck. Do not recommend. read more

Place is amazing!!!! Great atmosphere and amazing experience. I moved to SD and was looking for a barber, I was surprised that Frank got the haircut right on the first time! Hands down to Frank and the whole team! You can pretty much get your haircut from anyone there and you'll love it. I highly recommend this place thank you. Awesome fade, line up...! read more

This place is fantastic! The guys are cool and the cuts are super sharp and always look great. They really know what they're doing. I always leave impressed. One thing I may suggest when booking, if you book an adult cut it says that a hot towel is included, but the past couple times I went they didn't use a hot towel. The only suggestion I have is to make sure all amenities that are listed are included during service. read more

The best shop. Client for life. Best barbershop hands down. Will and Frank are the best and give the best fades. The shop has a laid back attitude and a great vibe. Got my hair cut done by Eric. I have had hair cuts from all over and used to have a main barber in LA, he moved and I've been looking for a new barber. I had Eric cut my hair and he gave me the same haircut my old barber used to, and I think he may have done better than my other barber. Eric really respects and has care for his craft! Would highly recommend seeing him read more

Excellent Barbershop.. if you get there before your appointment the atmosphere is friendly and including, they make you feel right at home. Best barber in town!! The owner is awesome! Thanks guys for the clean cut before my date night out!

Franc is one of the best barbers in Temecula. I would definitely recommend anyone to this shop. This place looks like a man cave!!The work that was put into building his own shop for people to enjoy and get a hair cut, is hands down the most coolest place to go. Awesome environment! You can't go wrong. Clash on. Keep it up Daniel read more

Great barbershop, these guys can do any style. Will has cut my hair every time and it's always perfect. They use an air compressor instead of a blow dryer- amazing idea and cools you down. Cash or venmo. Try this place out and you won't regret it. Can be busy on the weekends, best to go during the week if you can. read more

This is the best barbershop in Temecula hands down. Weve been coming here since they opened. Franc and his entire staff are all consummate professionals who have discussions like every other barbershop in the world. To the person that said they are rascist....IDK they have African American, Asian, white and female Barbers.....Ive personally never experienced that and Ive been coming here 5 years or so. Highly recommend read more

The day I went to my old barbershop and found out my barber was no longer there, I cried a little. I tried other shops and barbers, but I wasn't satisfied. But, recently I found he opened his own shop and it was like Christmas. But, in April and for my hair. If you want a traditional barbershop with modern amenities, then say hello to your new place. The owners, Frank and Will, are really personable and professional. I've been going to them for years and never gotten a bad haircut. The shop is spotless, spacious and the waiting areas are great with a pool table, refreshments and a projector TV. If you want a great haircut every time in a friendly place then look no further. You're welcome. read more

Great place with good prices. The barbers are friendly and make it a great experience. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the temecula area.

Do you have 2 hours to get your hair cut? If so, this is the place for you. The barbers enjoy conversing with one another more than they like cutting and getting clients out the door. Cool guys but I can't see why a simple hair cut takes them 45 mins here and only 25 mins at other barbershops. read more

My family is new to Temecula and I needed to find a good barber. You can find plenty of places that can cut hair, but men need someone who can understand the cuts we get, like if I ask for a high skin fade or knows how to use a straight razor. These two guys run the place and do a great job. The place seemed sparsely decorated, but it had all the essentials, large TV, cold beer available and a ping-pong/ pool table. Things to keep in mind are that they only took cash (maybe will take credit later?), and no appointments. There wasn't a wait when I came in on a Thursday evening, but I can imagine this place getting busy. My barber didn't talk too much, but I don't consider that a bad thing. He did a great job with the cut and I left happy, enough said. read more
