Tried to talk me out of it. Asking what I would do if one of my children died. (A child cannot be replaced.) I explained that baby 3 was unexpected and paying for three kids to go to college and for cars would be tight. He tried to tell me it was about that. If you have kids you need to be able to support them. He harassed me about my decision all the way to the OR. Completely unprofessional. I didn't go back for my follow up appointment and found a new doctor. His bedside manner is poor and at times unprofessional and inappropriate making me feel uncomfortable.

All and all a very frustrating experience…read more I went in for a full body skin cancer screening. Dr. Ford was over an hour late in seeing me, which was especially annoying because I took off early from work because the office told me the latest I could schedule my appointment for was 3:40 and that I should come in 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Finally after waiting even longer in the examination room, Dr. Ford came in and, no exaggeration, spent 3 minutes examining me. Dr. Ford seemed hurried and the examination did not seem thorough at all. After waiting longer for the staff to come in with paper work, the entire process took just under 2 hours. I would recommend seeing a different dermatologist. I won't be coming back.

Hello, Dr. Mary P…read more Norton was rude, seemed to be racist and did not even provide our child's weight and height information during this first appointment for our child/school physical. Ms Norton, then proceeded to call child protective services and lie to them because our four year old had trouble with her first vision test. We are a family strong in faith so she did not affect us in any way outside exposing herself and her apparent racism/discrimination. Ms. Norton succeeded with making herself look like the racist biggot that she presented herself to be and the visit from child protective services did not disrupt or phase us as parents. It's simply a reminder that there are bitter people out there even doctors who use their position to attempt to impose negatively out on good people due to discrimination. The child protective services representative was confused because everything was in order during their visit and seemed to be amazed she would call child protective services Sadly, the doctor did not realize my husband captured the whole interaction on recording the moment she showed her discriminatory acts/behavior during the appointment. We will be filing a formal complaint with multiple medical boards, and all the offices and institutions she is involved with with hopes of protecting vulnerable families from being subject to her skewed and crude behavior.

I'm so thankful I found Dr. Russo. After 6 months of pain, I am finally receiving the care, support…read moreand encouragement that I needed. Back pain and stabbing upper leg pain made it difficult to walk to the point of needing crutches. In search of relief, I went from a massage therapist to a chiropractor, to an orthopedic sports doctor where I received an x-ray, a cortisone injection and a PT prescription. Improving but not solving the problem, I later had an MRI and an epidural injection. After having little success in relieving my pain and stiffness, I was fortunate to be referred to Dr. Russo. First, he requested my x-rays and the doctors' reports, so he knew exactly the treatment I needed based on his knowledge, skill and experience. Dr. Russo has taken the time to explain and educate me, so I understand my problem, something I felt no doctor or physical therapist had done. I feel that Dr. Russo and I are a team, and I trust him to share his skill and knowledge to coach me to a healthier future. PS: I played pickleball for the first time in 6 months!

He has also remedied my lower back pain which has positively impacted my flexibility and overall health. He ia highly skilled and the best chiropractor I've seen. I've referred several family members who are all thrilled with their improvements, including ulnar nerve damage, shoulder impingement and neck issues that resulted in tingling and numbness. Instead of going a surgical route, Dr Russo has fully fixed several issues for us and demonstrated there is a better way to address some injuries. His approach is smart and he is highly skilled. He has made a tremendous difference for each of us and we will continue to recommend Dr. Russo. His care has truly been a game changer.

Needless to say, I began to look for another PCP ASAP and I found this place. Now, the majority are medical residents who are supervised by a full-blown doctor or two, but I don't care. They have to learn somehow. Now if that doesn't bug you, you'll have a great experience here. The staff is super warm and friendly. My nurse, Chantrell, was a pleasure to speak with and my new PCP, Dr. Campbell, was so personable that she even called me a week later to give me my test results. Not every day a doctor calls to do that. Other advantages of this location include free parking and the fact that they're up-to-date on technology. In fact, they have a patient portal where they post results after they call you. Or at the very least that's what happened with me. I'm as healthy as an ox, but they did ask me to go back in to pick up a test I can do from home. With all the rush of the day I went, didn't even think about a urine test. Oopsy daisy. Will see them again soon for that. Not a big deal at all and I'm just glad I found a place I feel comfortable in.
