Got to the office and waited an hour and a half to find out that Dr. Cognetta no longer works on Thursdays. People were walking out having waited so long and finding that their physician wasn't even working. Finally saw new doctor and he sends staff in to remove lesions. Very disappointed in continuance of care with this practice.

As it turns out, the face cream she sent me worked its magic and I have been fine since. Will say this was probably the quickest visit to a dermatologist ever though. Brandon came in and had very good bedside manner and didn't make me feel embarrassed about my skin or any questions I had. They even went out of their way to figure out the costs of the products make sure I was okay with that, no surprises. Everything was simple and transparent. I've heard nothing back. And THIS week I had my squamous cell carcinoma removed from my face. This has (or should have) been notated in my chart since about 3 yrs ago Harmony froze that same spot AND mentioned to me at the time it was cancer. So, Dr. Freilich (who I now believe is who saw me & not a PA) completely missed this. Since no one has returned my call, it's ok, I'm good. I think this says it all.
