Both were pleasant in there greeting along with the multi tasking efforts I witnessed while my spouse was being tended to. The doctor who would help was Dr. Benjamin Lund. Not only did he breaks down (pun intended) both sets of x-rays but was able to really help me with an adjustment from neck all the way down to my knees. The first time patient process was lengthier because of paperwork but that to was painless. The ladies have such a system that after paperwork, then xrays , then wobble work, there's an additional step of traction but we did not need that step today. Then the alignment. If you are a returning regular it's much more easier . Check in , Take a number , Scan it , do the wobble , then get your traction then you see whichever doctor you are assigned . Originally we were going because we had such great peer experiences from family to see Dr. Montilla but he was not in this office but the midtown office today we were gifted Doc Benjamin Ans he. Is the truth. Just the right amount of pressure and knowledge to guarantee this review. Space is open concept , rustic, but clean and inviting all in the same breath. Sanitizer everywhere ! My lower back pain had been making it impossible for me to walk longer than a few minutes at a time without pain sneaking up on me and then having to stop (that was at approximately the 4 or 5 minute mark). I had almost stopped exercising altogether because I was scared of making the pain even worse. In visiting Lowery Chiropractic, my hope was to be able to somehow lessen the pain, so that I could walk and do exercise again. Immediately, from the first visit, Dr. Lowery began treating my lower back pain. After that first treatment, I felt relief. I turned left and right, and it felt "looser" in my lower back, rather than constricted and painful. Then I got home, and I tried walking. Something had changed for the better. I'm now pretty hopeful about this, and will be continuing to get treatment so that I can exercise regularly and get back in shape again.

Tried to talk me out of it. Asking what I would do if one of my children died. (A child cannot be replaced.) I explained that baby 3 was unexpected and paying for three kids to go to college and for cars would be tight. He tried to tell me it was about that. If you have kids you need to be able to support them. He harassed me about my decision all the way to the OR. Completely unprofessional. I didn't go back for my follow up appointment and found a new doctor. His bedside manner is poor and at times unprofessional and inappropriate making me feel uncomfortable.

In my experience, Dr. Colon and the staff working with him were extremely rude and did not provide the level of care, patience, or professionalism that patients deserve. I was also very disappointed with the dental cleaning. The hygienist did not seem thorough, and the cleaning felt rushed and incomplete. I left feeling like my teeth had not been properly cleaned, and honestly, it felt like something I could have done myself at home. When a patient comes in for a professional dental cleaning, they expect quality care, attention to detail, and a real cleaning not a quick, careless service. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my experience. I did not feel heard, respected, or properly cared for. If I could rate this experience a negative 10, I would.

Hello, Dr. Mary P…read more Norton was rude, seemed to be racist and did not even provide our child's weight and height information during this first appointment for our child/school physical. Ms Norton, then proceeded to call child protective services and lie to them because our four year old had trouble with her first vision test. We are a family strong in faith so she did not affect us in any way outside exposing herself and her apparent racism/discrimination. Ms. Norton succeeded with making herself look like the racist biggot that she presented herself to be and the visit from child protective services did not disrupt or phase us as parents. It's simply a reminder that there are bitter people out there even doctors who use their position to attempt to impose negatively out on good people due to discrimination. The child protective services representative was confused because everything was in order during their visit and seemed to be amazed she would call child protective services Sadly, the doctor did not realize my husband captured the whole interaction on recording the moment she showed her discriminatory acts/behavior during the appointment.
