This was the result of injury and exertion over a career of physically demanding work. It caused frequent pain, and often disrupted my sleep. Dr. Smith's exam identified numerous vertebrae that were misaligned. Once I began treatment, I immediately felt the difference. I haven't had an injection in over two years; and I sleep better than ever. The exercises and bimonthly adjustments I receive have made such a difference in my quality of life and overall health. In addition, all the reception staff and assistants are the nicest group of people you'd ever want to meet. They're friendly, professional, and convey genuine caring for the patients.

Both were pleasant in there greeting along with the multi tasking efforts I witnessed while my spouse was being tended to. The doctor who would help was Dr. Benjamin Lund. Not only did he breaks down (pun intended) both sets of x-rays but was able to really help me with an adjustment from neck all the way down to my knees. The first time patient process was lengthier because of paperwork but that to was painless. The ladies have such a system that after paperwork, then xrays , then wobble work, there's an additional step of traction but we did not need that step today. Then the alignment. If you are a returning regular it's much more easier . Check in , Take a number , Scan it , do the wobble , then get your traction then you see whichever doctor you are assigned . Originally we were going because we had such great peer experiences from family to see Dr. Montilla but he was not in this office but the midtown office today we were gifted Doc Benjamin Ans he. Is the truth. Just the right amount of pressure and knowledge to guarantee this review. Space is open concept , rustic, but clean and inviting all in the same breath. Sanitizer everywhere ! Highly recommend. To boot we caught the Father's Day 2020 pricing . Be sure to see what deals are available. They do not accept insurance.

I'm so thankful I found Dr. Russo. After 6 months of pain, I am finally receiving the care, support…read moreand encouragement that I needed. Back pain and stabbing upper leg pain made it difficult to walk to the point of needing crutches. In search of relief, I went from a massage therapist to a chiropractor, to an orthopedic sports doctor where I received an x-ray, a cortisone injection and a PT prescription. Improving but not solving the problem, I later had an MRI and an epidural injection. After having little success in relieving my pain and stiffness, I was fortunate to be referred to Dr. Russo. First, he requested my x-rays and the doctors' reports, so he knew exactly the treatment I needed based on his knowledge, skill and experience. Dr. Russo has taken the time to explain and educate me, so I understand my problem, something I felt no doctor or physical therapist had done. I feel that Dr. Russo and I are a team, and I trust him to share his skill and knowledge to coach me to a healthier future. PS: I played pickleball for the first time in 6 months!

Instead of going a surgical route, Dr Russo has fully fixed several issues for us and demonstrated there is a better way to address some injuries. His approach is smart and he is highly skilled. He has made a tremendous difference for each of us and we will continue to recommend Dr. Russo. His care has truly been a game changer.
