Absolutely an amazing experience with Justin during our pre-drywall inspection on our new build. His attention to detail is amazing and our builder was quick to fix everything that Justin brought to his attention. The knowledge he has is insurmountable and he is very professional with all parties involved. I can't recommend him enough for anything you need during the home acqusition process. read more

Very pleased with our new build one year inspection. We rec'd a quick response for scheduling. We were able to schedule our inspection within a couple of days (which was good because we waited until the last minute). Justin was considerate enough to contact me to let me know that he was running a little behind. He took the time to listen to and address our concerns before starting. He was very thorough and actually gave us some great information that we were completely unaware of regarding our new build warranty! Highly recommend! read more

I was very pleased with my home inspection from Justin Washburn with WIN Home Inspections. The one year anniversary was coming up on my new home. I wanted to make sure that I had the builder correct anything that was necessary. Justin arrived on time at my home. He was very personable, answering all my questions, and seemed very thorough. He verbally explained several things that he felt could be repaired by my homebuilder. He then sent a detailed written report to me later that evening. I would definitely recommend him if you need a home inspection on a new build. read more

Following up with my review on 12/16/24, I did try to contact Justin Washburn once for a follow up and then WIN Corporate office multiple times without any response from either one. IF you contact WIN inspection services in Arizona to request an inspection, then request Robert (BOB) Bremner) who is an excellent inspector who goes above and beyond by all accounts. Otherwise, you will be getting totally frustrated with a corporate office that does not give a damn about customer care. WIN Perhaps is the worst franchisors in the USA. read more
