The taste is different from other ceviche I've tried, there's no taste of cilantro and the sauce is like thousand island salad dressing. The chips with the burger, where terrific! Another highlight was that we could take our puppy, and they even had dog biscuits for her..which we didn't even have to ask for. The dark old pub has been transformed, the new owners who have been here now for a year have created a beautiful garden with lots of tables overlooking the wide open fields and the food was great.
