Obviously I would never hold that against the store or let it affect their rating. However, when I went inside and explained to the greeter that a vehicle had been hit and asked if she wanted to check whether the victim was one of their employees, she said that employees typically don't park in that lot, customers do, and seemed very unconcerned. When I said I just wanted to let someone know in case the victim came inside and could she tell them that I called the police and gave them the person's license plate, the employee asked me if I wanted her to call a manager out. I was just really put off by that as this is the first point of contact for people entering the store and I just genuinely wanted to try and help. We did spend some time in the store and in the compound. I like that they have an entire section where you can customize products and gifts and have them embroidered. I haven't seen that before and I thought it was really neat. I didn't care for any of the products that they were offering at that time which qualified for the embroidery, but if that's something you're looking for, they offer it here. They also had dog items and the store is dog friendly. We brought our pup in with us but again she just didn't find any toys that were the right size or that she was interested in. The trip here was kind of a bust for us but I can see why some people might enjoy shopping here. We were told by another traveler that this is a great place to stop for deals, but I didn't see many of those either. There's a campus comprised of multiple buildings and that was a bit confusing. It also seems like it would be easier just to have everything under one roof, but that's just me personally.

Two things of note immediately: 1) is there ANY organization to this store?, because it sure doesn't seem like it, and... 2) it had a real post-Black Friday feel to it with clothing and accessories discarded in piles everywhere. I don't blame the staff for that necessarily, as I watched loads of customers literally abandoned piles of stuff wherever they wanted when they realized, I guess, they didn't actually want to buy them. Also, another reviewer mentioned the lack of staff at the Fitting Rooms; this actually felt very normal (at least it is in other parts of the world from what I've experienced) , so I appreciated just being able to help myself to a room whenever I wanted (...granted, they were also messy with customer's deserted stuff). In the end, on this particular occasion, I left with two items: a very cute, white sweater with golden sparkly thread AND a fantastic little black dress. Pricetag? Under $50. And the person at the cash register was SO friendly and engaging; she gave me an enormous brown paper bag for free when she saw I had been toting around all my Kitchen Store Outlet stuff in my arms. I don't know that I'm rushing back here anytime soon, but if I'm in the area and I've got the time to explore, I'd come back to see what gems might find me! But I wouldn't come back intentionally looking for a specific item.

The staff is non-existent around the fitting room, so customers are always having to go find someone to unlock a door. The value of some of the items is reasonable, when it's on sale, but the headache of having to sort through unorganized sizes and color is just not worth it in my mind.

They could have made another grand easily but the old woman with the blonde/white hair made me uncomfortable so I left with very little. This is very an unprofessional and inappropriately run outlet. You need to speak up for yourself and not let the lack of assistance scare you from shopping here. If you don't look approachable, you'll be left alone. But if you smile and make eye contact, you'll be helped and sometimes you still need to ask. Left here with two purses and a wallet and have no regrets! Can always find a classy or trendy piece here and as usual, at a killer price!
