    Perfectly installed microwave!

    My microwave died. So, I needed another one as quickly as possible. I contacted the office and I spoke with a very nice lady that was extremely competent and professional. She located the exact microwave that I needed. This was not an easy find! They contacted me within one day to schedule time for delivery and install. The two young men that came to my house were super efficient and extremely nice. I felt very comfortable with them being in my home. They explained to me every step that they were doing. I was very impressed. Thank you so much for taking care of this issue for me and I will certainly be calling you back for future appliances! If you ever need great service at a very good price, give Wilson's Appliances a call. I know you will be as pleased as I am. Kudos to all of the staff.

    If possible, I would select zero as a rating number…read more Do not buy appliances from the Appliance Outlet Store located in Magnolia, TX. A Hotpoint 15.5 Cubic Foot Refrigerator displayed in the showroom area of the Appliance Outlet Store located at 32211 FM 2978 in Magnolia, TX 77354 was purchased on August 29, 2023. The unit we viewed was in pristine condition. The transaction was completed by Mike in the sales department. The unit was delivered the following week by a third-party delivery service contracted by Appliance Outlet. It was shrink wrapped upon arrival and was installed by the delivery personnel in a designated area of our garage between a wall and a shelving unit. Paperwork was signed and the delivery service departed. The front of the refrigerator was flawless, however, closer inspection revealed that there was severe damage to the upper, right-side corner and the upper right side of the freezer door and the lower right side front surface where the refrigerator door seals to the frame. The unit runs more than it should and consumes a lot of energy. Condensation forms inside the refrigerator section because the door will not seal properly. Mike, the salesperson, was contacted immediately. During our conversation, Mike mentioned that he did not recall any damage to the unit we were shown. Mike requested that we text pictures of the damaged areas for evaluation. Several days passed before a response was received by Mike, only to tell us that we needed to contact the customer service department because he was in sales and did not handle customer service or warranty issues. Four calls were placed with the customer service department before a response was finally received. Our request for a replacement unit or a refund was denied, and we have since been ghosted by Appliance Outlet. Two causes for the damage are possible: The first being we were shown the pristine refrigerator in the showroom and a damaged unit from the store warehouse was delivered instead (AKA bait and switch). Or the delivery service did not properly secure the refrigerator in the truck, and it fell over inside the truck while enroute causing severe damage. Neither the Appliance Outlet nor the delivery service will take responsibility or be accountable for the damaged unit.

While the showroom was fantastic and they had lots of choices, the problems we had that our sales rep caused were not handled well. We picked out everything with the Tri Supply sales rep and left. The sales rep emailed us and our contractor the pricing and we had her go ahead and order the majority of the plumbing items, over $3,000 worth. The project progressed and after most of the plumbing and all of the tile work had been finished, the plumber noticed that the parts that we had asked the sales rep to order were not the correct ones and would not work. When we questioned the rep, she said that she remembered what we told her we wanted and she did not know why she had ordered something different! After lots of discussion with the rep, she ordered a new part that would resolve the problem (not what we had originally wanted because that would have required tearing the whole shower out instead of a 4x4 section). She never offered to expedite that part and finally after waiting a week the part came in. In the meantime, the tile installer had to come and tear out the tile that had just been installed. The new part was installed and now the plumber and tile installer are redoing it. The cost for the plumber and tile installer to come back and redo the problem caused by the sales rep should have been covered by Tri Supply, not divided between the homeowner and the contractor. I would never recommend Tri Supply, they obviously don't stand behind their purchases.

Majority of the time when I come here, I am searching high and low to find something. No employees in sight. They almost remind me of Walmart. However, I came in the other night to stock up on my cleaning supplies. HD didn't have all that Lowe's has and I started to leave, but I stayed. It was frustrating to see that all the cleaning supplies aren't in the same area. At Lowe's, all cleaning supplies is on the same bay. I couldn't find the drain cleaner or the recycling bags. I asked an employee who was standing talking with his coworkers in the paint aisle for the blue recycling bags. I wasn't sure who covered the cleaning supplies aisle. He said that they didn't have them only the brown paper bags. He told me that I have to get the drain cleaner from plumbing aisle and suggested that I get the black bottle one. I went to the plumbing aisle and saw plenty of black colored bottles of drain cleaner, so his suggestion was too ambiguous and I ended up getting the lemon scent pods at which I came in for. I usually by the brand from Target, but was already at HD. When I got to the self checkout line. Employee, Brandon gladly assisted me by ringing up my items for me and asked if I had found everything. I told him no. I told him that his coworker told me that HD doesn't carry the blue recycling bags in inventory. I told him that I would check at Lowe's at a later date (though, I needed the bags now as my recyclables were pilling up) Brandon told me that he could search for the bags at Lowe's and HD. After searching on his handheld, he mentioned that HD does indeed carry them. He showed the product to me on his device. He offered to show them to me by escorting me to the location in store. I paid for my other items and agreed. He walked me over to the aisle and bay at which Huffy Multipurpose blue bags with the red string were. They were exact bags that my townhome community carries and uses for recycling. I was very happy that he went the extra mile for me. He left his self checkout line post to walk me over there. I thanked him for his efforts. He replied, he will do anything for customer satisfaction. I love that! I used to work retail and had the same values in mind. I just wish his other coworkers that I came in contact with was the same, but they weren't. I will continue to visit this location out of proximity, but next time I'll go to Lowe's for my cleaning supplies.

There must have been some water in it because a plastic part to the ice make was cracked and wouldn't hold the pressure, it leaked badly. I went in and they said the manufacturer had no stock on the part. He then said, "Let me no check our stock, there's a chance. We show one in stock". I was shocked when he brought the part out. Super helpful gentleman there. It was my first visit. I'm actually going in today for another part. Highly recommend these guys. I also highly recommend that anyone, who looks at reviews, disregard the few bad reviews especially when there are so many great reviews. Some people just can't be pleased. The one review where Bonnie K left a 1-Star review is epic. According to her review never did business with them after trying to reach them. She left the 1-Star because no one answered her call. So many things could've happened. Maybe they were with another customer, they were in the restroom, they had an emergency at home?? They are a small business...Geeze??!! Some people were spoiled brats as kids and grew up to be bratty adults. Life is short. Remember, it's a lot easier and takes less energy to be nice than to be ugly.
