Terrible. Avoid this dry cleaner. A new prom dress was left for alterations. NEW, never worn. The seamstress, employed by Wilson Cleaners, pinned the dress to shorten. When picking up the dress, a large stain was on the front of the dress, right in the center, rendering the dress unuseable. It was not on the dress when purchased or on the dress when fitted by the seamstress....at the dry cleaner. A stain of this nature was very noticeable and would have been mentioned by anyone simply glancing at the dress, certainly a skilled seamstress. Any dry cleaner would have advised the customer of such a stain before accepting the garment. Obviously, the stain occurred while the dress was under the care of Wilson Cleaners. Further, the owner made no attempt to remedy the situation. NONE. A police report was filed and the matter is being processed at the small claims division in Kane County. Avoid this cleaner. Wear your clothes unaltered or dirty before leaving them with this cleaner. read more
