While in there I lamented that several other shops and dealerships could not get me a part listed in the EBC catalog but Mr Nathan said he'd figure it out and make it happen and he did. He arranged for one of his parts distributors to special order it and got parts I was told I couldn't get. I had to pay in advance which is understandable and they took a couple months from Europe but they made it in and a bike I had sitting now is back road worthy. Good job cycle gear ft worth. I cancelled it in 8/19/25 as of today 11/17/25 still no refund. Their main office keeps telling me that the "warranty company" sends them a physical check ... it takes a while... be patient. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! They also signed me up for a Yamaha credit card instead of regular financing. I have an 830 credit score. PREDATORY!!!!!!!!!! AVOID at all costs.

When I asked for out the door pricing they managed to double the price to over $4,200 by adding over 1,800 in fees to "go over the bike" and provide a lifetime warranty on the battery. That's right campers, they tried to charge more for a 5 year old high mileage minibike than msrp for a new one. You can get a brand new 0 mileage one out the door for 4,600. Shady business practices no matter the excuse.

He was so patient with my wife as she looked at a few bikes and tested an E Bike outside. They have some higher end Pinarello bikes as well as some other brands. Very nice and super light carbon fiber frames, sadly it was not testable since the components are electronic, and they were not charged when we were in there. The store is in an older location and the parking lot and test ride area is small, but the store is well kept inside and looks good. It has a full ship for repairs, adjustments, and additions. The E Bike we tested, it was super nice. We will be bake to purchase soon.

This one isn't quit that big, but it is still full of all the name brand items that people are familiar with. They always have some good clearance racks in stock and they always give military discounts which is helpful. Mu first bike came from Sun & Ski, a mountain bike, they offer free labor when you buy your bike there, I believe they still do, it's worth asking about it. The service area is so helpful when I need help with the aging bike. A few times I've brought parts in for some simple help and they didn't even charge me for it. They even helped me find a place online to find parts that they don't carry. They do cycle their stock based on the seasons, ski items do show up in this store, but it's limited and distinct to the winter time. It's a good store and has some good staff.

Even better, Kenny is a huge supporter of small business and often features local artists, craft jewelers, and so on. The shop will occasionally host gatherings in the back or organize events that bring the community together and it's their everyone-is-welcome attitude that makes them so cool. Breanna is usually at the store and it's inspiring to hear her talk about the rides she's taken and her love for motorcycles in general. Even a non-biker like myself has never felt out of place and I've had plenty of great times just hanging out with them. If you're ever in the stockyards drop in --they have a ton of cool stuff to check out and constantly get more. If nothing else, they're just great people to meet.

It's easy to enter a conversation with any of them and when asked, they give advice as if they were talking to one of their own friends. The whole atmosphere is easy-going like a place you go to hang out. You don't feel the pressure to buy anything, everyone is there to be helpful. My husband bought a leather vest and got a patch sewn on, then later he picked up a gray t-shirt. That is why I'll keep going back and why I give this five star review. Such personal service. So cool story, we kept buying stuff for the bike...we had bought a pricey helmet that took a bite out of our wallet, so money was tight, but we still wanted to go to Wilson's. We went and I picked up a sticker and we took money out to pay for it. However, the old man cashier we had talked to earlier about our recent purchases and such...He told us, "No, just take it. It's free." This old man seller was very sweet and made my day. :)
